Recently, we haven't been shy about expressing our frustration with @bsky.app. However, credit where it's due, we think they have hit the mark with this feature. Check out the new buttons in our profile ⬆️ and/or read @alexbenzer.com’s new post ⬇️ on how to set up your own. Thanks, Bluesky folks. | 🦋

Our client @blufly.media recently released their September 2026 issue, which is another banger 💥 in our humble opinion. Have you considered launching your own publication and don't know quite where to start? We can help.

BluFly 🛩@blufly.media

The September issue drops. 💥 Managing Editor @terencecgannon.com worries out loud about the backlog on De Havilland 515 'Super Scoopers'. According to his nibs, meeting the demand requires deep contemplation of the lineup outside the Crumbl cookie store and adopting a 'Mossie Mentality'. | 🛩️ 🦆 ⚔️ 🥇

If Meta was prepared to fold so quickly, the only rational explanation would be that they believed they faced a much higher payout if the trial had continued, plus having their predatory business practices exposed as part of the bargain. So why would California and the other states settle now?

One of our favourite ongoing projects is working with our client @blufly.media. Their August 2026 issue just hit the street. Have you considered launching your own publication and don't know quite where to start? We can help.

BluFly 🛩@blufly.media

The August issue just hit the street. 💥 This month, Managing Editor @terencecgannon.com (re)discovers scale, radio-controlled model aircraft as a result of the FAI news feed. Spoiler alert: they're a universe away from the little stick-and-tissue P-51s we tried to build as kids. | 🛩️ 📡 🥇

Our client @blufly.media's July issue just hit the streets. This project certainly has more than its fair share of fun, what with the kind of stories they cover.

BluFly 🛩@blufly.media

The July issue is out. 💥 This month, BluFly connects with the team of Atlantic Explorer, who recently completed a record-setting, hydrogen-lofted, transatlantic flight from Presque Isle, Maine, to Tandel, Luxembourg. The article is jam-packed with fascinating details and amazing photos. | 🛩️ 🎈 🥇

The new issue has dropped. 💥 Triggered by recent events, we're celebrating the Snowbirds in June. @terencecgannon.com kicks off with a personal retrospective on the team, and then segues into some thoughts about their future. Surprisingly, he thinks it's brighter than many might think. | 🛩️ ⚔️ 🥇

One of the projects that is occupying a lot of our time and attention is @blufly.media. In fact, our Founder and President @terencecgannon.com has been seconded to them as Managing Editor until such time as they're off and running. Have something similar in mind? Let's talk. 🗣️

The new issue is out. 🎉 There is no denying the appeal of great aircraft livery, and we're celebrating it throughout the month of May. We're kicking things off with a 💥 with this great cover photo from our friend @jasonchampton.bsky.social and thence onwards to flying fish and fizzy drinks. | 🛩️ 🥇

LTA Research is always quite terse in their online posts, providing little in the way of technical detail. However, this brief, intriguing Composites World article by Grace Stubbins provides a few nuggets as well as some links for those of us who want to go down the 🐇 rabbit hole. | 🛩️ 🎈 🥇 | 🧵 1/2

So, @bluefacts.app, we want to make sure we're interepreting this correctly: for instance, in the case of « Daily Likes on Bluesky » are you saying for every 100 likes seven days ago, there would have been 83.8 likes today? That is, down by 16.2%? Or is there something we're missing? Thanks. | 🦋

It's a very low priority for me, given that the functionality can be delivered by using a text editor. In my case, I use @textastic.bsky.social. Available on all platforms and likely more functional than any 'built-in' editor. There are *many* other things I would like to see addressed before this.

Finally, an 'adieu' to 2025 to which we can really relate. 🥂

BluFly 🛩@blufly.media

It's a New Year 🥂 and we're out with the first issue of 2026. 💥 Managing Editor @terencecgannon.com first celebrates the best of 2025. Then, he unceremoniously ushers the old year out with a salty « don’t let the door hit you in the ass on the way out. » (📸 ©2016 Richard Davies | SupaSmokey) | 🛩️
