We recently updated New Agent Training so new recruits can learn the basics directly from Devra or Hank. We are adding new contextual modals or Agent Protips that extend their helpful hints beyond the tutorial. These are meant to help all Agents, but veterans can disable them in the Settings menu.

We extended Nemesis Redux: Umbra and Nemesis Redux: Courier premium campaign end times to Mon Jun 15 18:00 UTC. Agents who previously purchased these campaigns but did not fully complete them should see them in the Ingress Scanner app now (you may need to restart the app).

The Orion: Global Op end time will be extended by 24 hours, and will now end Tue May 12 18:00 UTC (11:00 PDT). We encountered an issue this morning that caused Orion Global Op Points to stop recording from 9:00-9:45 PDT. Global Op Points earned after 9:45 PDT and going forward are being awarded.

We're aware of an issue with Feb 7 First Saturday not correctly incrementing or updating the 2,500 +Gamma Tokens to attendees, and we're working on a fix. You can earn an additional 2,500 +Gamma Tokens at Mar 7 First Saturday events, which includes 3x AP from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM local time.

As a token of our apology for the Daily Bounties issues that started Feb 8 (PST), we've added a Free 3-Day Bounty Pass Loadout to the Store, which immediately grants the Bounty Pass with additional Daily Bounties upon claiming. The Loadout will be available until the end of the day Mon Feb 16 (PST).

Additionally, we are returning the 2x AP boosts to First Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (local time). On next month's First Saturday on Sat Mar 7, however, we will be running a 3x AP boost. With Apex active, this means a combined 6x AP boost. Thank you, and hack the planet.

We identified an issue that continued to impact some Agents' Daily Bounties progression, and we pushed an update this afternoon PST that should now re-enable individual Daily Bounty tasks. Some Agents may not be able to claim milestone rewards at the top of the DAILY tab until tomorrow (local time).
