Daniel Holt

Got married in a castle yesterday. Highly recommend. 😎 #Husbands Here are a couple of pics I stole from friends while I wait impatiently for the professional shots to come in!

Horrorcon isn’t exactly my vibe, but Alex was excited and I’m always down for a place with themed drinks. (vampire bite cold brew)

Pumpkin patch day! 😬 That caramel apple slushie was everything…

Going to DLC Tampa! 🥳

Spent 2.5 hours tonight cleaning up my TCG office. It’s gonna be a long process, but I’m determined to get my space organized and back in a place that makes me happy to be in. 💪

Happy prerelease day to those that celebrate! 🥳 #Lorcana

Went to Target over lunch and witnessed scalpers for another TCG in real time getting a restock of the new set. These really are some of the most disgusting people in the world. 🙄

Me and the bestie beat this game last night and we highly recommend it. Really fun nostalgic anime vibes in art and cutscene style + fun coop gameplay similar to It Takes Too and Split Fiction.

What’s your favorite underplayed boardwipe in commander? 🤔 #WOTCStaff For me, Tragic Arrogance ALWAYS overperforms. Then a check on Scryfall showed me I’m responsible for EVERY commander reprint of it since Origins. 😳 I clearly gotta convince my coworkers!

Celebrated the Great Hunny Rescue official launch and defeated the vine! Our store had us bring in Infinity decks to play with. So fun using them in this game! #Lorcana

I paid nine hard earned mana to cast The Unspeakable in a commander game. And my “friend” killed it the following turn. I don’t think I’ll ever emotionally recover.

Missed last MC for my wedding, but we're so back and officially going to #MCAtlanta! 🥳 I'm hosting some Precon Commander events (two have sold out!) and hanging in the command zone, so come say hi! #WOTCStaff mcatlanta.mtgfestivals.com/en-us/magic-...

Been recovering this week from a disc injury in my back. It’s no fun for sure, but have got through a lot of gaming backlog…and now I’m itching to build a new commander deck. 🤔

If you wondered what newly-married life is like: (Alex being sassy this morning) Alex: "...and you're stuck with me for life." 😘 Me: "That doesn't have to be long." 🔪

They’re both the best boi. 🤷🏻‍♂️ #WOTCStaff

Beat 2 games this weekend and my gaming backlog just keeps filling up. 🤣 Zelda lookin’ real nice! 🤩

Beat Final Fantasy Tactics AND Big Walk today. What an amazingly relaxing and perfect weekend this is shaping up to be! 🥰

Playing through my first Tactics game (yeah yeah, I know) and wow is it great. 🙂 People should have been more aggressive getting me to play sooner!

“Pain…and Panic! Reporting for duty!” 🫡 Another great Oogie Boogie Bash! 🤩 And in case you were wondering what 11 pounds of candy looks like, wonder no more!

Didn’t make it as far as I’d had hoped in the #Lorcana Nationals, but still a heck of a weekend! 🤩 Here’s looking to season 3!

It’s earlier in the morning than I prefer, but excited to be heading to Disneyland for the #Lorcana National Championship weekend! 🥳

When you lose one too many times on the ladder and switch to a counterpick deck. 😡

Hit end credits on Splatoon Raiders! 🥳 Really great game! Didn’t expect to enjoy a strictly story-only expression of the game, but the level up and customization system alongside the quick raiding format was fantastic. Highly recommend and am excited for post-game content!

Saw a spider crawl out from behind my pillow this morning while getting ready. I swiftly ended him, but know I will never be able to sleep again. 😩

New article just dropped! 😬 With Y'shtola's recent claim to fame in the greater commander format, we sat down to share our thoughts on her success and some peeks behind the curtain at her development. #WOTCStaff

Now that I’m NOT planning a wedding, my free time with video games that I’ve missed feels a lot like this. Splatoon Raiders and Big Walk being standout hits from this weekend.

💯💯💯

Me: “Lord Konda was a bad dude. He deserved his punishment, if not worse, for what he did and his role in starting the Kami War.” Friend: “He sure did, grandpa. Let’s get you back to bed.” 👴🏻 #WOTCStaff

Back from vacation. Surely my children behaved themselves and did absolutely nothing in my absence. 😬 #WOTCStaff

Another amazing episode of Flip the Table! If you enjoy Sewing Challenges on RuPaul’s Drag Race, but wish they decorated lamps and dogs instead…you’ll love this. 😘

Heading home to Seattle after the most amazing mini-honeymoon. 😍 From winning Ultimate Disney Trivia and becoming pirates, to relaxing on beaches and eating way too much ice cream, it’s safe to say we’re cruise bois now! “While at sea, not all my jokes have to land.” - Me to Alex, far too often.

It's only been a couple of days, but we got an early "sneak peek" from our wedding photo gallery and I'm already obsessed. 😍 Prepare for me to be extremely annoying with photos of this perfect day for a WHILE. 📷 PC: @rovecoast

Corey did great work on this set of cards. 🙂 Was honored to get to design Massimo alongside him! #WOTCStaff

Congrats to the beautiful newlyweds and what a FAAAANTASTIC wedding it was!

So damn happy to celebrate @imdanielholt.bsky.social This had been a month of loss. Loss of a job. Loss of a family member. But to end it in the most beautiful way, at a wonderful wedding with such wonderful friends... thank you for sharing your love and joy with us all. Love you all, friends 🫶🥹

I don’t think it’s any secret this goes great in Cid decks from FIN. #WOTCStaff @josephmschultz.bsky.social looking at you 😉

Just 3 days now! 🤩💍

Bachelor party today with the besties! 🥰 The whole day was a secret schedule of activities, filled with lewd donuts, escape rooms, spa treatments, and a lot of good food. But the best part was definitely spending the unplugged day together. Love these guys!

Next week, after 11.5 years, I get to marry this man. 🥰 From one of our first pictures together (2014) to earlier this year, I still catch him looking with those proud and supportive eyes.

Bought an extra prerelease kit as I left the event and glad I did…got one of my chases! 🤩

Prerelease number 2! No enchanted this time though 🤷🏻‍♂️🥲
