Hey! I have some time available for commissions! Any birthdays or anniversaries coming up? Really want to get ahead for Christmas?? I can draw a picture full of your/your loved one's favourite things! (Please spend a second to share this for me too ❤️) #commission #birthdaygift #illustration

Despite the weather, the parade was a success. #kidlit #comic #illustration

This is monstrous. FIVE. YEARS. OLD. Just truly sickening that any human being on earth could justify this.

If you see this, post your painting/drawing of a dragon🐉💚 #kidlitart #dragon #illustration

Artist! Quote with your most detailed art!

I painted one of my 'egg box monsters' today . . . hopefully it isn't too scary? 😁😮 You can find the making instructions for these on my website here . . . www.darrellwakelam.com/news/egg-box... #Halloween #edusky

Equal parts excited and anxious about this! I’m a big dark materials fan but I still can’t quite figure out if I enjoyed Secret Commonwealth so let’s see about this! Anyone else reading it already?

Count me in 🤫

Insane

More about the object itself, but unless it’s a valuable, hardback edition of something, I am NOT going to take good care of the book. It will be folded and thrown and crammed and cracked.

Hi! I'm an illustrator looking to get into The Realm of Books/Kids Lit. My work is bright, happy and can get details if you want. check my work out over here: davehillustration.co.uk
#KidLitArtPostcard #KidLit Thanks for bring this to my attention @brianlarossa.com!

I made a riddle puzzle for the lovely folk at Big Potato Games. It is a food based puzzle where you can put it together and then figure out which foods I drew in a silly round-about way.

When the Roger Rabbit short ROLLER COASTER RABBIT was produced by Disney & Amblin, Spielberg wanted it packaged with ARACHNOPHOBIA. Michael Eisner wanted to release it with DICK TRACY & ultimately won out. Its a shame Spielberg & Disney only made 3 Roger Rabbit shorts because they were immaculate.

This is pure magic. The animation alone is magic, but then the details of this moment, bringing a kid to bed, the little habits. You know they’ve done this hundreds of times already together. Beautiful.

Truth bomb‼️ This man should be the one speaking on college campuses… “They’re planning for us to turn on each other and make this culture war a civil war. I am begging you, please, for the love of God, for the love of our neighbors… do not take the bait.” Watch

Art Directors! Publishers! The last quarter of 2025 is looking unusually free for me at the minute so if anyone has any of those juicy jobs I'm open! commissions/book projects/editorial/comics #wimmelbilder #portfolioday #illustration #commissions

Not that it’s ok either, but I kind of expect it from new authors generating images and self publishing… but a massive, well known publishing house like DK doing it really hurts to see. Can’t afford an illustrator to make your book not look like dogshit? Absolutely disgraceful

My boy - simply through relentless marketing and pier influence - won’t stop talking about spidey and demanded I drew this instead of working

Anyone want to hire me to make game art please?? Got a craving to make a thousand juicy video game assets

Working on some matchboxes 🔥🐉

Let there be no mistake: I have a new standing desk and it's for dancing purposes.

I'm dumping some work on to here to fill up my feed for your eyes. I just closed up a project + weird back pain = sit and wonder what to do with my life and look through old work to see what I want to do in the future.
