Here’s evidence of my foray into growing food. These purple potatoes were plagued by bugs and yet they produced nearly perfect, dense potatoes. The red potatoes aren’t shabby either. I have Yukon golds, and fingerlings already stores in the basement. All of them were grown in cardboard boxes.
