I do think the continual desecration of our public monuments and the use of our public spaces for private gain, (not to mention the lingering trauma of the assault on our democracy Jan 6 2021,) is a serious public harm that has to be reckoned with.
Dear NYT,
Congratulations on your access to the President, that is so cool; all you need to do to keep that access is lie for him, great deal!
Anyway, the Strait was open *before* the war, Trump just spent $100s of billions to get worse deal than we had under Obama.
Stop collaborating with him.
Fox is buying Roku.
Ellison bought CBS and CNN.
Bezos owns WaPo.
ABC and NBC owners support Trump.
We need to grow independent, pro-democracy media. Support Democracy Docket now. bit.ly/4qmEiFz
The Dept of Interior claims that the algae in the reflecting pool is left over from rarely used pipes
No.
Painting the pool dark blue means that it absorbs heat much faster than if it were a light color.
Warmer = faster algae growth
That's why you don't see black swimming pools
Science!
Finally a journalist who had more balls than the entire press corps of the USA.
It figures it would be a woman who we assume has no balls, which shows us that the so called "men" of the US press are capons, not roosters.
Hundreds of thousands of Albanians have been protesting for over a week to revolt against their corrupt govt as well as criminal slumlord traitor Jared Kushner and Crimestress Ivanka for plotting to seize their land.
Americans could learn a thing or two on how it’s done.
Ken Paxton’s own lawyer just endorsed our campaign for the US Senate.
We’re building a big tent to take on this corrupt system that Ken Paxton embodies.
BREAKING: Ken Paxton’s own lawyer just endorsed James Talarico:
“I defended Ken Paxton for years in the impeachment trial and in state criminal cases. But in my view, I think Ken has lost sight of his core mission, which is to represent the people of Texas.
That’s why I'm supporting you.”
it is darkly funny that his son got married and he was like "ohhhhh uhhhh something popped up, you know, the war, I gotta do work on the war that night, unfortunately I just can't go"
and then 2 weeks later, same war still going on, he's shutting down midtown Manhattan to watch the Knicks
Endless corruption: “A group of lawmakers demanded answers from the White House following a ProPublica investigation revealing a top aide to the president intervened to secure a $620 million Pentagon loan to a startup linked to his eldest son.” www.propublica.org/article/dona...
82 years ago today my grandfather, who lied about his age to enlist in the military, was in one of the first waves of landing crafts to hit the beaches of Normandy. He's been gone a long time now, but today I remember him and the other brave souls who fought and died for a righteous cause.

Notice how the most celebrated and successful space mission in *decades* was run by at least 50% “DEI hires”—not all white men? And not even all Americans. Maybe diversity *is* strength . . .
If the goal of Melania’s speech was to make people stop talking about her, Epstein, and Maxwell—and definitely stop reposting all those photos of them—not so sure that was an effective strategy
One of the most brazenly corrupt events in history will take place tomorrow when Jared Kushner represents the U.S. in critical negotiations with Iran to end the war while he accepts millions in fees (and billions in investments) from the Saudi gov’t which has been lobbying Trump to continue the war
Bravo to Pope Leo, for denouncing Trump’s threat to destroy Iran’s ‘whole civilization.’ We need those with moral authority to speak out against our president’s abuses of power.
To cap off his first 100 days in office, Mayor Zohran Mamdani walked the full 6 miles home from New York City Hall last night — greeting New Yorkers along the way. 🍎
Q: As of today, who controls the Strait of Hormuz?
LEAVITT: We expect that the strait will be opened immediately
Q: Who controls the strait right now?
LEAVITT: *refuses to answer*
Epstein survivor Danielle Bensky: Bondi deserved to be fired. But we’re really worried about Todd Blanche stepping in. He is not a suitable attorney general. He gave Ghislaine Maxwell a sweetheart deal. He has not listened to survivors.
Felon47 made more money last year, (2025), than he's made his entire miserable life...
Tell me again how he's not taking a paycheck... He's robbing Americans.
