It’s a week since I deleted my Facebook and Instagram accounts. One of the wonderful outcomes has been much more wholesome contact with close friends. Telephone calls and many lengthy text conversations. Not contact based on a 👍 or ❤️. Old school catch ups. And it feels so good. Absolutely no FOMO.
