The perpetual dumpster fire that is Twitter continues to fuel its fire. Here's some things I'm into in hopes of finding some mutuals! - TTRPGs+++ - LGBTQ+ (I’m gay) - Writing - Video essays - Art (I have a BFA) - Darksouls+ - Fantasy/ Sci-fi/ Horror - Japanese culture+ - Cafe/ Bookstore

We’re in the home stretch! The indie printer I was going to use hadn’t gotten back to me so I went ahead with @drivethrurpg.com The process has been easy, just need to do some more work on the digital side to get the print setup how they need. I’m excited to be releasing my own #ttrpg zine soon!

What’s on your TBR?

I’ve gotten to read and listen to so many good books using the Libby app with my Austin City Library card. Can’t get a library card? Harris County Tx offers digital library cards for free.

Once my #Shadowdark supplement is published and released I want to crank my Substack writing back up. However, I’ll be writing less for TTRPG and more for a novel I want to work on. Should I start a new Substack just for that?

Too much "we're cooked" & not enough "we're not gonna take this shit"

Going to have to Update The Stephen King Book Collection.....

My Online Shop is open for August! 🖤 Thank you so so much to everyone who has waited so long for this! 🦇🖤 eileenkaihingkwan.square.site

Howdy, It's been a while. I've steadily been working on finishing volume 1 of my #shadowdark zine. I've come very far since releasing the alpha without art a few months ago. Between finding creative commons art to hack, finding some good stock art and making some myself, I can see the finish line!

Just scored some lovely Delta Green goodies from @thegaminggang.bsky.social through their Spring cleaning sale! Check out what’s available. Sale through June 30th. thegaminggang.com/game-news/th...

I am about an hour into Critical Roles, newest actual play using their Daggerheart system. I was really intrigued by the setting, but once again the game is plagued, like DND, with “everything but the kitchen sink” style fantasy.

The release of @mattcolville.bsky.social Draw Steel kinda snuck up on me. Unfortunately, the Daggerheart release just happened, so I think the game space is going to get a little crowded. YouTube reviewers are gonna have a great summer though. Godspeed Draw Steel, I’m rooting for you!

An apt symbol for the State of Texas right now. The State flag torn and tangled over power lines. We had a horrible and sudden storm yesterday that caused destruction all over Austin.

Artists, inscribe this on the inside of your eyelids.

#sinners studies in #heavypaint

I saw Sinners yesterday and holy moly do I need to see it again

I’m releasing my latest #ttrpg project! A #shadowdark zine based on a world I’ve developed. It’s in Alpha at this time so there are no print options but any funds received from the alpha release will go towards art commissions to finish this first zine. ars-fabula-gaming.itch.io/falezir-v1

If you’re into #manga this reads like a modern Call of Cthulhu scenario. Eldritch beings and spirits, a mysterious cult from Japanese antiquity, a classic investigation with dangerous potential. It’s good stuff! The Summer Hikaru Died, Mokumokuren, Yen Press.

🙂

Perfect forecast 📻 #ghibli #kiki #art (✨drawn by a human✨)

Awesome stuff, I can’t wait to never wear it because it’s designed for fit bodies

ur 20s is for trying to be understood. ur 30s is giving up and telling everybody to go fuck themselves

Haunting images straight from a world history textbook. White America can’t keep its hands to themselves. How long until the bogeyman is officially Jews again? This is disgusting.

Staaahp this is low-key my biggest struggle. I’m working hard on my #ShadowDark zine and my brain is just pumping out material for novels that I don’t have time to write. I can’t quit my day job because *gestures vaguely at everything* and I don’t want to shelve my zine project to move on 😭😭😭

Hosting a short game night at my favorite coffee spot in Austin Tx. It’ll be a trial run, because the shop needs to schedule a closer for a later shift, which is based on sales in that time period. I’m hoping the closer can shut the store at 9 and we keep playing til 10. Flier designed by me 😊

Arc Dream continues to impress with their bundles. Lots of VTT goodness in this one and already over 10k raised for charity!

dost thou fw these, chat? ⚔️

Wake up babe, the JFK files were declassified and it’s totally definitely not a big distraction!

Not sponsored or anything but the latest ClipStudio (v4) is on for $25 right now, hell of a deal. www.clipstudio.net/en/purchase/

Tonight is a blood red worm moon here in Texas. It just begs for some #osr play tonight.

We're like a month in.

Any folks with some #NaNoWriMo experience? I’ve got 3-4 solid novel ideas that I might be interested in exploring for a challenge like that. #writing #novels #scifi #fantasy #supernatural

It’s the cute mascot for a skyscraper, a shining example of capitalism, that “walks on rainbows and eats clouds”? It’s so on the nose 😆

I’m currently enjoying this via the Libby app. You just need a library card and many cities, like Houston Tx, offer free library cards. Cheers Survive the Dome by Kosoko Jackson
