Well my 2025 budget just got shot to hell. AC is out due to refrigerant leak. Replacing coils and condenser. $7200. Unit is 13 years old. Oh well. So glad our investments are doing so well.

Wife and I are headed to the belly of the beast ((FL) on Mon to visit son who lives in Port St Lucie. 3 wk trip. Will spend as few $ as possible in keeping with enjoying ourselves. Taking a bunch of grocery items so don’t have to buy there. Wish us luck.

After savoring the Commander’s win, I’m settling in for more football this evening on a snowy day in the Shenandoah Valley. Rooting for Rams and Bills. Glass of a nice Pinot Noir at 4 (self imposed deadline).
