Lifelong political junkie. My father explained what a totally terrible person Nixon was when I was 10. This was when he was running for VP under Eisenhower. it might be history to most of you, but I've lived through a lot of it. Still love politics....

Definitely wonder how much was made blackmailing guests. They too lots of photos and videos. If so was our friend a participant in blackmail or was he being blackmailed? I'm guessing that may be a part of why this is kept so much a secret by this administration.

Corporate profits are at record highs — but revenue from corporate taxes has plummeted thanks to the tax cuts in Trump and Republicans’ big, ugly bill. Meanwhile, workers’ wages are stagnant and their share of the nation’s income is at a record low. Trickle-down economics was always a hoax.

I'm from Missouri where people can't see a consequence until it hits them in the head. Ob-gyns deliver babies AND take care women's sexual health. They don't have to deliver babies to make a living, so threatening that part of their practice will only cause them to stop delivering babies. Get it?

12 Catholic bishops went to the White House to “ pray over “ Trump 2 weeks before midterms. Turns out they were invited by the Heritage Foundation. Wonder if they had time to discuss his kidnapping migrants or cutting off USAid to poor countries, or his war. Pews are empty, guys…work on that.

It is interesting to me that J.D. Vance, who writes of a very hard childhood, with neglect and substance abuse and other such issues his book, " Hillbilly Elegy", has so little compassion and empathy for Amy Acton, who grew up in a criminally abusive situation. He's must be quite the asshole.

Trump's comments about the Amy Acton ad prove one thing ..... If there is a leader's way, a presidential way, a statesmanlike way of speaking about any moral matter or an unfeeling way of discussing it, Trump will always, always choose the low road. He has no moral core and zero empathy.

After catching a load of iTrump's rallies, it is apparent to me that the main reason Maga is so comfortable with Trump is that he doesn't know any more about government and the Constitution than they do.

The Billionaire Pledge: On my honor, I solemnly swear that I will do everything in my power to educate myself about candidates so that I never again cast my vote for any who take money from billionaires attempting to buy a Congress critter. Amen.

Trump's family has pocketed $3 billion in cash and gifts since the 2024 election. Much of that came from crypto schemes as he deregulated the industry. That money could pay for a full year of SNAP benefits for 1.3 million people, or more than 600 million free school lunches. Second Gilded Age.

A "Scarmucci is a joking measure in time of 10 to 11 days a a measure of the shortest term ever for a press spokesperson for a president. Until today. It looks as if a " Zacharia" = 1/2 a "Scarmucci".

Do you think any of the Supreme Court 6 ever admit to themselves that Trump proves beyond all doubt what a horrible theory of governance the Unitary Executive Theory turned out to be? Or perhaps they see this governing by executive order and lawsuit a temporary bump in the road to kingship?

If the president can be out in the open, at Mara Lago, playing 18 holes of golf on a weekend, or at Madison Square Garden watching cage fights with his cronies, why is he so delicate that he must have a heavily secured ballroom and bunker? I'm only asking because it seems totalky ficticious.

If you ever wondered how Trump has managed 6 bankruptcies, let the ballroom be an example. First it was going to cost 200 million, now it is estimated at 400 million. It will end up costing more because this is how he did his casinos. All that ostentatious gold crap isn't free. Nest: An Arch!

Anonymous men. Dressed in army tactical armor. Carrying lethal weapons. Answering to no local authority. The average citizen has no idea where they come from or why, and feel under siege. This entire thing was predicted on social media many times Now Trump tells us not to be what we saw.

Trump's this week. Adding his name to the Kennedy Center was hardly the biggest deal. It did remind me of my visit to Hyde Park, FDR's home. He's buried in a Rose garden. His stone reads simplyy"Franklin D. Roosevelt". That's it. That's all. Trump does nothing, wants his name on everything.

Putting pieces together, we have a huge effort to hide the Epstein files, 26 women outside of the files accusing this man of sexual assault over the years, and his own admission he couldn't stop himself from forcing his attentions on women, but we aren't suppose to be his involvement?

There was a very good point in people all over the country turning out last Tuesday to make their rejection of Trump and the Republican Party ultra clear. That point was worn to a tiny nub by 8 Democrats this weekend.

This is not politics anymore. This is survival. Right now today people in power are quietly rewriting the rules that decide who gets to live and who is left behind. Healthcare is being stripped away piece by piece, while food aid is held hostage as a political tool.

We need to start seeing the guest lists of the Mar a Lago parties. These people and their business with Trump and the federal gov't need to be investigated and outed. The trashy,t hedonistic nature of these events is a slap in the face to struggling families, and it isn't by accident.

Schumer called their bluff. He offered what a lot of people might have considered a fair compromise (I did not). Thune turned it down because Trump doesn't want Congress open and that last necessary vote on the Epstein files cast. Schumer apparently knew this would be the outcome.

Unbelievable! Today, San Diego witnessed a government-sanctioned kidnapping. ICE stormed Buona Forchetta in military gear ripping workers away, then unleashing tear gas and smoke on the terrified community. Full on police state, fascism now used on American citizens. Stay aware. #OnYourSide
