Ace is going to be a complete player and a repetitive all-star in no time

Dan Devine@yourmandevine.bsky.social

Ace Bailey has done a lot of cool stuff here in the fourth quarter: rebounding, cutting, making the extra pass, making quick decisions with the ball, competing on defense. Just keeps getting better all the way around.

CULTURE IF THERE EVER WAS

ace bailey immediately went over to darryn peterson after he missed the shot that effectively sealed a win for the grizzlies to let him know it's alright. i fucking love that kid.

Has he considered Brice Sensabaugh and Josh Green for the low, low price of Isaiah Hartenstein?

Sam Presti on whether he'd call Russell Westbrook out of retirement with Jalen Williams and Cason Wallace out: "I haven't thought about anything relative to the roster spot... We have a tremendous challenge in front of us, but this is what we do and what we signed up for."

I’m desperate enough to reunite Jaren Jackson Jr. with one of his best pals at the center position and take the availability risk

[Utah] Jazz Man Mark@jazzmanmark.com

Love to see Houston fans earnestly suggesting Oscar Tshiebwe as a viable option. (if Houston's brain trust is as frustrated as this Rockets writer, the Jazz will very happily reunite Adams with JJJ and deal with his availability issues just fine)

Thank goodness that's all it is. I'll take that news on a Monday morning.

Orlando Magic guard Jalen Suggs has been diagnosed with a mild bone bruise in his right knee and will be re-evaluated in two weeks, sources tell ESPN. Suggs avoided any other major structural damage.

Why don't they make the men play at lunchtime? It's game 4 of an 82-game regular season versus the championship clincher of the most prominent women's pro sports league in the United States.

I grew up on six broadcast channels and my family didn't spring for cable TV. I was lucky to watch the Jazz on TV once every two years on average once the glory years passed. Now I can watch all 82 Jazz games live on my telephone. (But not in a house).

Social media loves talking about how everything is getting worse. But what’s something that you’ve seen get _better_ in your lifetime?

If this is it, hats off to an absolute legend #RCTID

Tom Bogert@tombogert.bsky.social

A press conference for Portland Timbers and MLS legend Diego Chara is set for Monday. Chara, 40, has made 508 appearances since joining the Timbers in 2011, including 25 this year. He holds the MLS record for most starts for one team and won MLS Cup 2015. πŸ‘‘
