As a Christian, I'm so very sorry how much the "Christian religion" is being forced upon people by the American government. It's been like this for far too long. Freedom of religion, all religions.

NEWS --> Anna Gomez, the lone Dem on the FCC, tells me the Trump admin's pressure to oust Jimmy Kimmel may be unlawful as well as unconstitutional. FCC chair Brendan Carr may be committing censorship in violation of federal law. That and much more in my new piece: newrepublic.com/article/2006...

Ro Khanna: "They're making comedy illegal. Brendan Carr pressured ABC to cancel Jimmy Kimmel, and Disney cancels Jimmy Kimmel. This canceling from an administration that lectured us about cancel culture. That's why today I'm introducing a motion to subpoena Brendan Carr."

I forgot what it was like to enjoy being outside. It's so much nicer out there then it's been in weeks. Beautiful, go enjoy it.

Replaced the handlebar wrap on my bike today. Then took it for a 15mile ride. Way too humid out there. Can't wait for fall. #cycling #biking

Remarkable. MSNC: "I want to reiterate this has been 100% peaceful." Seconds later, LA County sheriffs start firing on the crowd. Yet again, "law enforcement" deliberately escalated.

stay safe out there, folks

I don't think it's fully appreciated just how much Trumpism is a celebration of ignorance. Trump not only never learns but proactively avoids it. It's a braindead movement from the top down.

Trump: "The Tic Tac deal"

Rep. Steven Horsford to Greer: "So the trade representative hasn't spoken to the POTUS about a global reordering of trade, but yet he announced it on a tweet? WTF! Who is in charge? It looks like your boss just pulled the rug out from under you. There is no strategy ... is this market manipulation?"

I am optimistic that thinking and empathy will win in the end.

My son's robotics team is playing well but the alliance's aren't not working for for them today. Some really amazing teams here. One match left of qualifications. Does not look good for being in the tournament.

My son's robotics team has secured a spot in the PA state championship. We are headed there this weekend. His team has worked so hard this year and has done an amazing job. They deserve to do well this weekend. But you never know when electronics are involved. #robotics #ftc #firsttechchallenge

Anyone here familiar with #php or #wordpress? Trying to create a pdf uploader plug-in using PDFshift. To upload a PDF and extract is content into HTML. I'm so close but sometime keeps breaking.

I wrote some very basic but very useful software last week using Claude. It was very impressive.

My son had his robotics competition on saturday. They were undefeated until the tournament part they won five matches earlier in the day. But when they got into the playoffs they were knocked out. I'm very proud of the team and their efforts. Their robot did an amazing job.

My youngest is learning 3D modeling in OnShape. We drew up a platform for his loft bed. We built, painted, and installed it yesterday. He is very proud of it and I'm very proud of him. #parenting #kids #3Ddesign #CAD

Am I the only person dealing with delayed notifications on their Pixel until unlocking them they flood in. Running the Pixel 6 and 9. I've tried all the setting changes that are recommended in articles. The only thing that resolves it is turning Wi-Fi completely off. #pixel #googlepixel #android

I am going to stay positive about the near future. I want to focus on kindness and hope. I cannot linger on negative thoughts or I will become them. #mentalhealth #hope

Sending my Pixel 9 back and switching to the S24. I don't really want to but the delay notifications was driving me insane. After 10min of non-use the phone would stop receiving messages and alerts. I talked to support and they sent me a new phone and it has the same issues. #googlepixel

I got the Flu to start off 2025. Took a nap during the ball drop but now I'm wide awake. Looking forward to another year. I hope it's better than I'm imagining it will be.

What exactly happens at a stage in life where a man can't feel that his butt crack is hanging out in the cold air?

I'm looking forward to eating much less food tomorrow.

@androidauthority.com Any updates from Google on the Pixel delayed notification problem? Driving me nuts.

Finally upgraded my phone from Pixel 6 to the Pixel 9. Very nice quality bump to me.
