For the first time I am hyped for a Storybook release. Storybook 9 beta just dropped. My favorite announcement is the reduction in bundle size 😆 but I want to try the built-in tests, asserts and coverage anyone tried it already ? #storybook #typescript #webdev

Storybook 9 is now in beta! It’s ready for you to try today. Let’s see what’s inside…

next level portfolio 🤤

Aurel's Grand Theater is my new unconventional portfolio: read the case studies, solve mysteries to unlock the secret page or explore freely, jump around & even smash things! Keep your eyes open, you might see many hidden details about my work or myself! #cannonjs #threejs #gsap #blender

is it me or chatgpt now express itself like I’m his low educated pal? it looks like diplomatic, non-judgemental and non-violent communication are fading away by default

Switched to uBlock Lite 😆 Totally forgot that uBlock was a Manifest V2 extension… I remember thinking it would disappear back when I built a Manifest V3 extension at Storyful

Discovered another sync engine today: @zero.rocicorp.dev . Looks promising with built-in permissions handling, migration, partial sync. But with so many contenders like Jazz Tools, Electric SQL, DXOS, etc., it's hard to pick the right one. Anyone using these? Thoughts?

Just finished watching « The Playlist », based on Spotify’s startup story. My favorite episode is the one where they dive into Spotify’s architecture. But why did they say they’re going to ‘fork TCP’? Just say UDP, god damn it! Other than that, haha, great show

Check out this awesome animated example of one of the most common creational design patterns in #JavaScript! Got similar illustrations of other design patterns? Drop them below!

Tests are often crippled with irrelevant details, especially when written on legacy code The Builder Pattern is one easy way to reduce noise 🧱 A fluent API to build just what you need. Good opportunity to highlight high-level concepts. Here's an example in JavaScript

learn some #HTML or send this link to your friends

Blake Watson@blakewatson.com

I guess it is time to introduce Bluesky to my latest work, HTML for People. Anyone can make a website with HTML. No previous coding experience required. I cover everything you need to know to get started in an approachable and friendly way. And it’s free for all. 🚀 htmlforpeople.com

I wish the petition to #FreeJavaScript works. If it does, could this mean the end of the EcmaScript name? 🤔

Deno@deno.land

It's done. Now it’s your turn, Oracle. We’ve submitted a formal petition to cancel the JavaScript trademark: it is generic, Oracle has abandoned it, and Oracle committed fraud on the USPTO during the last trademark renewal. It's time to #FreeJavaScript. deno.com/blog/deno-v-...

Tried the Sky Followers Bridge chrome extension and noticed it added some people I wasn’t following. Using automation definitely helps me find content and people to interact with faster, but… not always the ones I expected! 😅

I’m saving this for later. I love the codepen demos on this page ❤️
