Books, Games, Wrestling Vol. 24 – The Samurai, The Lantern, and The Bastard My thoughts on Big Walk, Onimusha; Way of the Sword, the Green Lantern comics I'm reading, and the passing of the Bastard PAC. Whether it's the right words, I don't know.

The problem with making a show that focuses on the deconstruction of the superhero is that you have to reconstruct them eventually, and I think the Lanterns finale failed at that miserably. John Stewart was given an engaging path to becoming a hero, and in the end, he just became an asshole.

Even though I loved John’s run and it is very important to me I felt it was a mistake to lean more towards the idea that Green Lanterns are space cops when, in my opinion, they work better as space knights. I feel lile you could balance those two concepts better together.

I work overnights so because this site doesn't have an algorithm (good) it'll feel like "Oh what happen to so-and-so? I haven't seen a post from them in awhile" only to go to their profile and see recent posts and realize oh we're just on totally different posting schedules.
