@batconservation.bsky.social 👋 we’re lucky enough to have about an acre of woodland, how many bat boxes would you suggest?

I've been making web apps for decades, and this is possibly the most chaotic confusing email I've ever received - imagine getting this if you're not tech savvy, what the hell would you make if it?!

Randomly thinking about how good tekpub was back in the day, really levelled up my .NET - thanks @robconery.com !

If you use slack, then you need to know that you can use the vim substitute command for your last message: /s/typoo/fixed You're welcome.

I'm really enjoying #golang, but sometimes the code feels long winded - here for example I just want to conditionally add a param, it's not the most succinct here 🤔

I’m sick of all the labour bashing everywhere these da… hang on. Wtf starmer. You idiot.

I'm not sure if I can say #golang is more productive for me than all my years of .NET but I'm really really enjoying it :)

Starter packs are great to get going, but for me it feels a bit like I can’t find my “favourite people” any more since there’s so much noise now. Hmmmm.

Golang is so boring. Very few new language features. Predictable boring code. And I bloody love it.

It’s here!! My brilliant friend season 4, at last!!

It's done - that used to be twitter on the right. No more :)

Hello, I’m trying to think of something to say as my first post. Truth is no-one will ever beat “ed balls”.
