I run a private umbrella school called Florida Unschoolers. There aren't as many unschoolers here as I would like -- we've always been a tiny minority during the 20+ years I've been at this with my own kids and beyond -- so it is nice to see a feed for us here. :) #unschooling

For those wondering if you should share your art here -- please do. This is a lovely haven now for those of us with no particular talent but a lot of appreciation for what you do. My Mom was the quilter here -- a not great photo of one of her pieces is included-- FL birds on "stained glass" panels.

This involved many lovely hours together at the library researching plants and the colors to use for the spoonbill. Good times. :) It was a real departure for her. She usually made more traditional quilts. Being brave at 85! Of course, she had been brave all along.

I'm so happy there is an easy-to-use block feature here. Not only for people who disapprove (no clue needed) of #unschooling and want to express their "concern" here on a feed for unschoolers, but in general. Good job, Bluesky. :)

You are up to date.
