i really DO miss making games................. it is overwhelmingly difficult to get anything done ever But ill get back to it,

plus my situation is a bit... weird!! once i have a normal job (only one!) and stuff it should get easier . i am also allergic to being alone these days . doesnt work well for a "solo dev".writing is rly lonely

i feel bad about being so slow because it might be creating the illusion that this will be like the most ambitious thing ever. in reality its still rpgm and the scale isnt THAT big... idk

also, might wanna define a palette already? i wasnt going to use a strict one but making pixel art is nicer with one so...

when i am happy enough with the scripts to be able to say: Yes These Are The Characters That Will Appear. then i will move onto design more seriously... specific outfits n shit.. yeye

it would be healthy to create a kind of space for myself where i could go over things more specifically with like friends or something BUT: dont feel like it

but yessss FL so fun when you get the gist of it im having PLENTY of fun (this is the true reason my ass is NOT drawing at all LOL i have a bunch of freetime im using it all on practicing...)

writings gotta take a backseat now i made a new overarching plot map for 3 entries which im overall happy about ISSUE: first one is the weakest but the order is important so i have to think about that first... cant push it aside... But yeah need a break, let fresh eyes look at it later

my issue w pixel art is i dont rly find it particularly appealing most of the time in other stuff... should probably gather a collection of instances where i like it because theres surely only very few

is called resprite... im still on the trial might buy lifetime if the sale stays for long enough... its missing a few things (seems to not have replace color...) but so far seems very good

soooo i can get properly started on that stuff ^_^ i want to make some practice tilesets/maps to figure out how i want to be drawing assets for these
