Biddy Blas says “Scrib Doon!”

A father and son rediscovered Fishboy last week after being life long Albatross fans so I sent them a little ghost of buddy holly with their LPs.

Fantastic talk!

The new Fishboy album is a lot more contemplative than I expected, bit of a change of pace from their usual hyper-energetic power pop opera antics. Interesting. Needs more listens for sure. Can't wait for the physical to arrive. yofishboy.bandcamp.com/album/braves...

Extremely anxious about self releasing an album this summer. Was I too ambitious, too precious and take too long? Did I forget how to share after 5 years? Is anyone still there to listen? It feels very real today with this test pressing. One step at a time, more info to come.

Waitsgiving 2026 is on May 17 at 6:00 PM. Spread the word!reserve your ticket here! (tickets are free) www.eventbrite.com/e/waitsgivin...

Ordering vinyl today for my next album Bravest Neighbor! Thank you Zach for the little shove of encouragement. I’ve been doing everything else but add to cart the past few hours because it’s a lot of money for a self release. Happy to know you will get one.
