Sure, they can draw on the Scrums and Kanbans of the world for ideas, but ultimately, no standardized process works everywhere (anywhere?). Processes must be customized to the needs of the teams. This is not a new radical notion, by the way. Toyota has been doing it on its lines for 60 years. 7/11

Today I got assigned a Pull Request which changes ~240 files and removes over 18.000 LOC. PR removes old features our service had. PR has been created using AI. How am I supposed to review such a big PR? Using AI? And of course, changes are in a single commit.

Tomorrow, I’m hitting 300 consecutive days of running. - Been waking up consistently at 5:30 AM and hitting the road at 6AM after drinking a glass of water. - Two pair of shoes, more than 1.800 Km. - 11 Kg less (~64Kg) and I'm at 13% body fat. And best of all has been then increased happiness!
