I've added a voice streamer, should be a lot more fun to interact with :D bsky.app/profile/fela...

About half of the messages are from people trying to hack the system, but so far it seems to be holding strong. We might host a hacking competition given the apparent high demand

Do not think of the efficient market hypothesis as true or false. Think of it as a force. Ask, how strong is it? How efficient is a specific market and what other forces are acting, pulling the market away from efficiency? The market is efficient conditioned on knowing what?

In some way calling it a force is odd, forces are fundamental while the EMH is emergent. But intuitively itโ€™s powerfully. I believe this should be very fundamental in everyoneโ€™s understanding of markets. EMH is still underrated.

Anyone is building with the new gemini image gen yet? What should we build? #buildinpublic #indiehackers #ai

Well the account got banned :( not sure why, just because it is using AI? The anti AI sentiment on bsky is a bit extreme

Lol what happened to grok-3. I asked to write a song. It keeps going for much longer--until I stopped it

Quite proud about the final images. For the text section I prompted Cursor+Sonnet to mirror, darken and blur the image and adapt the font size automatically. The generated code worked perfectly

Gemini voice started to talk with a German accent after going over some German documents with me

It is pretty minimal (no support of image inputs yet) and I barely told anyone about it, but just through word of mouth it already got > 50 monthly users. There seems to be room to scale it up.

I will say Telegram is a great UX for a chatbot if you like minimalist, no additional app required, no geoblocking, no need to create an account. Just works.

Is actually my first AI prototype I implemented one year ago, when for a while I implemented one a day. Could probably be implemented in 1 or 2 hours now with AI coding assistants and being more used to deployment and setting up web stacks.

semantiq.app #460: Nโ—โ—โ—โ—โ— 3/3 after 3 tries and 37058 seconds There seems to be a bug in computing the seconds :D I swear I'm not that slow!

Recently learnedโ€”switching up sentence lengths makes writing way better. Adds rhythm, energy, unpredictability. Guess Iโ€™d accidentally trained myself to to aim for some โ€˜idealโ€™ length every time. Ditching that now.

If AI development stopped this week we would have 5-10 years of absorbing the impact of current models on education, culture, healthcare, and business. But this week has also suggested that development is not stopping.

Created a Paul Graham account mirroring his X. It is a bit of an experiment let's see if people find this useful

I had been looking for tips on how to improve the Bluesky experience, finding good people to follow, improving the feeds, etc love this guide. It is worth reading the whole thread

1. Find your friends! I've found most of mine with: - Starter packs blueskydirectory.com/starter-pack... - the Chrome extension 'Sky Follower Bridge' www.sky-follower-bridge.dev - @theo.io's Follow Finder, which lists people who are followed by lots of people you follow bsky-follow-finder.theo.io

I like the idea of #buildinpublic seeing what others are building. Motivating each other, competing and discussing ideas. But does anyone else feel the focus is a bit too much on followers, marketing, how to get engagement, fake it till you make it? It feels a bit too much like LinkedIn

Might be an indication I should curate my follows more. Maybe I'll create a new starter pack: Builders that Actually Build

I already have more followers here than on my 14 year old X account! (Not that I had that many...)
