Super Mario Bros. 40th Anniversary Wallpaper While it's not the genesis of the Mario IP, it did establish the fantastical world of the Mushroom Kingdom on which 40 years of subsequent stories and adventures were built. So here's a gathering of Mario characters to celebrate!

I wish Long Mario appeared more often.

switch 2 emulators are actually happening! ...with ai

This is incorrect though. Based on the copyright notices in game and on the Nintendo website, they maintain full ownership of characters and elements from those games. If they wanted to put say, Fawful in Mario Kart, they could. It’s not a Geno situation.

I think one of the biggest misconceptions people have about Mario spinoffs and sub series is that Nintendo doesn’t own the rights to the characters and content. See all the talk of Rare and Kremlings or characters from the Mario & Luigi and Paper Mario series not appearing in spinoffs.

saw a guy at a park today with a dog, he ordered the dog to lay down and don't follow him when he crossed the street, then gave the dog the cue to cross the street after the guy had already crossed. his tone was pretty aggressive too. i hope that dog is ok.

am i the only one who finds it odd that antasma lifts his arms without opening his cape? it looks like a weird fanart of fawful i saw once where his hands were coming out of his collar

a redraw in honor of the dream that changed my life in 2021 ♥︎ #fawful

Happy spooky season from the Paper Mario TTYD crew! <3 #papermario

Will I get ratio'd if I post this comment

god it's so surreal that i just have this now

An absolute legend. #ericbauza

ain't no way i'm being ratio'd by a user named 'big butthole bonanza' for being in favor of 100% human-coded tools and exploits.

oh come on, them too. like i get it, but the files themselves are not ai. we have access to datamining the game now, a dirty key was used but that part's in the past and nothing's different about where we are now. this is really just 'we actively want our coverage to be less complete'

I heard that Bye Bye Bunny was put back into pre-production shortly after Eric Bauza’s death. This means we might actually get to see this movie. They’d better dedicate it to Bauza’s memory.

ngl models resource banning switch 2 models when that never happened for any other console makes using these models FEEL more illegal to me even though it's not. fucking hell nintendo... one of the best parts of a console getting cracked is seeing the influx on that site.

can bsky please stop doing this thanks

just realized how similar the melody of 'welcome to my world' from a troll in central park is to that of fossil falls from super mario odyssey and now my brain can't unhear it

github.com/misshexa66/O... Switch 2 dumping tool is out! I sadly can't use it for i didn't get smilebasic, but i'm hoping someone has the hookup!

fun fact: super princess peach was my first exposure to petey piranha, where he is instead labeled "Boss P. Plant" I read this like an intimidating corporate CEO's name rather than just an abbreviation of "boss piranha plant" to fit in a text space.

mannn i'm foaming at the mouth this was being talked about like it's any minute now yesterday why do ppl gatekeep

haha what a hope. jfc i hate it when something's just 'any minute now' and it proceeds to take almost a day at least after seeing the posts suggesting it's a matter of minutes

welp guess i can't put off going to bed any further. hope some good shit is out when i wake up

i hope i can actually finish the antasma cosplay i want to wear for halloween with all this switch 2 stuff potentially minutes away from exploding and eating up all my time

An extremely unsatisfying fact about Super Mario Bros. Wonder is that the Wonder Flower that references Super Mario 64 by playing a remix of the Metallic Mario theme from that game... is the 65th Wonder Flower in the game, not the 64th.

My ideas from when i was 11 may be the most deviantart thing to ever deviantart, but goddamnit that's not gonna stop me from giving it a way bigger glowup than it ever deserved.

Previously I have posted about a Nintendo of Europe downloadable premium animated wallpaper that featured a bizarre Toad eating the wallpaper. The files have finally been datamined, allowing the Wallpaper-Eating Toad to be observed in never-before-seen maximum quality.
