😒 Looks like I need to remortgage the house First to eliminate the one thats in -only- the wife’s name… Second to eliminate a few hundred dollars in bills a month -If- I can leverage the payment low enough, I can keep my home of 30+ years. If not I might have to file bankruptcy to do the same 😕
