I had created a new map that i think will actually be the first track in the demo as I'm currently abandoning my first track for this one instead. I also tweaked the handling to have it feel a bit better than what it was originally. But most importantly, pick ups!

If an animated kids movie can have the words "Kill", "Murder" and "Dying" in it and keep the PG age rating, so can all the PG youtube content creators. So stop putting replacement words in your videos and subtitles for goodness sake

More things added to my game! Added a countdown before the start of the race that also starts the timer and gives you control of your car! Added a way to change cameras! (W.I.P) Last lap time is now the fastest lap! Added a lap counter that stops the timer and car after finishing the last lap!

Another day where I'm not at work which means i can work on my game! And today i added a timer! It was working way earlier today but a friend of mine gave me shit for the code i was using so I had to redo it properly. But it works now and all it needs is some formatting!

So I've been slowly working on my first ever game. And this is the progress i've done in 2 (ish) months! The physics are janky and there's still a lot of things I have to do to make it work proper, but i'm happy with what i've managed to do right now! I MADE THIS!

How i love it when a company releases a product at a reasonable price, and when the product goes into the market, the retailers hike the price up by 300-400 euros just to maximise the amount of profit they can make. Totally makes me have faith in my hobby.
