Kelly Jean and Trending World, thank you for the support. 💜 The name of the business came to me in my sleep ~ Eilenberger’s Bakery, Palestine, TX. It seems they closed in 2022. Mom would have been extremely sad and disappointed and ANGRY. “What’s happening with so many closures?!” I miss you, mom.

I’ve heard that “grief comes in waves.” Mom passed on December 7th, 2021 and this year the loss is a heavy weight. I don’t know why. She loved ordering from catalogs and at Christmas she loved this apricot fruit cake. I can’t remember the company she ordered from and I am losing sleep over it.
