This movie is… not good!

All I know is there are always two drunk men in a Hammer horror film.

Twin Peaks: A red traffic light at dusk.

Was lucky enough to come across this incredibly rare appearance by Frank Silva playing something other than Killer Bob! www.youtube.com/shorts/FMQKp...

Today on MEANWHILE, it's Twin Peaks on-set dresser MIKE MALONE!

I've been on hold so long with Verizon that I have now turned to dust like an old Skeksis Emperor. I try not to hold hate in my heart, but I have so much for that dumb red V. The coverage is terrible, the service is terrible, their AI customer service agents are terrible, and this hold music is terr

No new show the week…

You'll be hearing from my lawyer(s), @oncinema.bsky.social

I never knew Angelo Badalamenti wrote a song for Nina Simone.

Had a ton of fun talking to Jay Aaseng about Rabbits, and who's under those costumes. youtu.be/NOATW98iFus?...

Today on MEANWHILE, it's JAY AASENG! I had a great time talking about working for David Lynch as his assistant, the various DavidLynch.com website projects, the majesty of INLAND EMPIRE, being the drunk on Twin Peaks: the Return, stealing Harry Dean Stanton's bag, and a LOT more.

Tomorrow on MEANWHILE, I'm talking to JAY AASENG about working for David Lynch, making INLAND EMPIRE, playing a drunk, and a lot more. It's a good one.

The other day I decided to lay two sections of David Lynch's INLAND EMPIRE over each other and came across a beautiful moment. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ws3C...

Tomorrow we're back with Part 5 of our INLAND EMPIRE series. And there's A LOT to talk about. This will mark the penultimate episide of our coverage of the film. Not including the as-of-yet unrecorded final episode, we've talked for just shy of 9 hours. Not bad for a three hour film.

9 years ago Harry Dean Stanton passed away. We lost a magnificent and timeless actor. Forever in our memory. Forever in our hearts.

The opening music to Lynch (one) by Sune Martin (at least I believe so) is so beautiful. As far as I know the soundtrack isn't available anywhere which is a real shame.

Such a great interview with Alicia Witt and a very sweet and emotional moment at the end. Just be ready in case you find yourself moved to the point that you stare out your window, only to catch your neighbor looking back.

🎧🌓 NEW EPISODE 🌗🎧 In Twin Peaks Part 2, Dale Cooper begins to notice he has a doppelgänger, who covers his tracks to stay in the world. The game begins, and even timelines seem to be picking sides. Spoilers everywhere. Connections are made. bluerosetaskforce.transistor.fm/episodes/par...

I love John Carpenter and I love vampires and I love Sheryle Lee and yet...

Norma Desmond was 50 years old.

I spent a long time talking about one of my favorite shots in INLAND EMPIRE. Hopefully people are as interested in the tangent I go on as I am. www.youtube.com/shorts/kCqPj...

New episode of our INLAND EMPIRE series is now streaming. We talk about the silent film QUEEN KELLY, light bulbs, ketchup, circus folk, and who is actually going up those stairs. Grab a pair of headphones and a rusty screwdriver and give it a listen. #davidlynch #inlandempire
