Elvy Fox

Hi! I'm Daria, a fantasy illustrator. Commissions open (short and long term)! I draw book covers, characters, fantasy creatures and backgrounds. I'll be happy to connect with authors, publishers, game developers and DnD players My VGen: vgen.co/ElvyFox My Website: elvyfox.com #art

I still absolutely love the illustration with this three eyed cat 😸 how do you think - what could a book with this character be about? #art #bookillustration #bookart #bookcharacter #splashart #catart #illustration #bookishartist

A commissioned illustration with the cute little bone dragon Skelly I drew back in August. I really love drawing fantasy book characters 😻 #bookillustration #bookcharacter #dragonillustration #fantasybook #art

Cats are deities for me. I love all animals, but cats hold a special place in my heart 😺🫶 I’m continuing to create more book illustrations, and thinking about how much I’d love to illustrate a Tarot deck. Btw this artwork comes from a dream I had #catillustration #tarotcard #bookartwork #art

My full process including 3D stage for this funny commissioned cats portrait. Replicated the Mama's and the Papa's original music band album cover 😼🔥 youtu.be/HLwTqv_tclQ?... #art #drawingprocess #catportrait #artcommission

This is the last illustration I created for my book illustration and cover design portfolio. I’m currently busy with commissions, but I think I should revisit my portfolio and expand it a bit later. For this piece, I designed a cover that blends fantasy romance with a detective thriller #art

The process of drawing an illustration of this character - a beautiful lady. An illustrated book cover for a dark fantasy novel. The slow process in the full version on my YT :) #art #bookillustration #speedpaint

Oh, this was my first book cover illustration after a few months' break. I drew it back in the spring. And I cried, omg... 🤣 It was like I completely forgot how to draw and was learning again #bookcoverdesign #bookillustration #speedpaint #art #bookishartist

The full illustration from the previous post. I hate hot weather, but I love cold and snow. Has anyone seen the Northern Lights with their own eyes? It's my impossible dream 🥹 #art #bookillustration #bookcoverdesign #fantasyart #snowart #illustration #portfolioday

Another illustration I drew for a book cover design (or for my portfolio tbh) #art #fantasyart #bookillustration #bookcoverdesign #bookcoverart #snowart #northernlights

Hey guys, has anyone tried blogging here? I've been just showing my art here for almost two years now, and I use other social media as a blog. Has anyone had any success with this here?

And clear art without text layout from the previous post as usual. The fantasy book illustration of the Griffin for the book cover design #dnd #art #fantasyillustration #bookillustration #bookcoverdesing #creaturedesign #illustrator

And another illustration from a series of fantasy book covers inspired, oddly enough, by The Witcher vibes 😸 And don't tell me they have nothing in common! I know! I said "inspired," not stolen 😅 The Griffin is the last in this series #art #book #bookcoverdesign #fantasybook #bookillustration

applying to commissions.gg! 🐰✨ #JoinCommsGG

And one more. I decided to create more speedpaint videos like drawing focusing streams with lo fi music. Idk if you will like it but it's my experiment :) youtu.be/MeKkiXP9JCU?... #art #illustration #speedpaint

The Troll. My fantasy creature illustration from the previous post 💚 #art #troll #fantasyillustration #bookillustration #fantasyart #fantasybook #dnd #creaturedesign

A little more from Scandinavian Slavic folklore. His Highness - the Troll 😁 also a book illustration for the cover design. By the way, my commissions are open. I wonder if the fantasy authors can even see me? #art #bookillustration #bookcoverdesign #fantasy #and #fantasybook

The front and back cover illustrations from the previous post. This is dark Slavic folklore fantasy and my vision of the Kikimora - a creature that lives in the swamps among dark woods #art #fantasy #darkfantasy #dnd #folklore #folk #bookillustration #fantasybook #illustrator #fantasyart

Hi Hi! One more illustrative book cover design by me. Today, this is the Slavic folklore setting. I'll post the front and back cover illustrations without layout in the nex post #art #bookcoverdesign #bookcover #illustration #characterart #folklore #artist #noai #fantasy #dnd

The full illustration from my previous post, so you can see hidden details. I don't like posting 2 or more images in one post because it looks ugly in the preview 😅 #art #illustration #splashscreen #bookillustration #bookcoverdesign #fantasy #darkromance

One more of my artworks as a book cover/dust jacket design. I started drawing something inspired by classic horror, but soon realized it wasn't my style. Mystical horror detective stories are way closer to my heart. #art #bookcoverdesign #bookillustration #darkromance #characterart

Hi. I know it's been a while since I've posted, but I'm happy to be back with some new work. These are illustrative book cover designs. I hope you enjoy them. This is the first of many I'll be sharing with you later. #dnd #bookcoverdesign #illustrativebookcover #bookillustration #art

The Hand of God This is my first piece of art in a long time, and I'm proud of myself 😁 I have two more illustrations planned for the near future, and then I'll need to get back to working on my portfolio. Happy first day of winter, guys, btw ❤️ #art #bookart #pagangods #fantasy #commissions

The last commissioned art I drew for Hazel Mack. I would like to say it's an extremely hot character 😏 since my account is SFW, I have to censor the spicy moment 😅❤️ #art #fanart #artcommission #bookcharacter #bookillustration #vgenartist

Hey guys. Looks like I'm finally crawling out of my depression. I'm really glad you didn't run away while my page was asleep. Somehow I even managed to finish a couple of commissions and I'll show you one tomorrow. And then I'll slowly start creating new stuff for you again ❤️ #artist #thankyou

WIP! This is Noreska, a character from @elvyfox.com. I really loved Elvy’s design and wanted to draw her in my own style. I’ll post the finished version once it’s done. #fanart #dtiys #wip #sketch

Well, it's a very chaotic process, like all my processes for realistic art and illustrations. But perhaps this will be useful to those who are interested in how I draw realistic fur 😁 youtu.be/EsHgnYvC9ZQ #art #dogportrait #petportrait #realisticart #paintingprocess #arttimelaps #speedpainting

Commissioned realistic cute dog portrait 🐶🫶 When you try to draw more stylized, but your past as a traditional pastel artist haunts you 🤣 Just kidding, I really love drawing your sweet pets, whether stylized or realistic 🥹❤️ #art #dogportrait #animalportrait #petportrait #vgen #commissionartist

My fanart for the wonderful game Spirit of the North 2. This game deserves not just one, but many fanarts - it's so deeply inspiring with its northern spirit and shamanic themes that 1000% resonate with my soul #spiritofthenorth2 #fanart #gamefanart #foxart #art #ravenart #nordicart #illustration

The little fairy playing with the cat in the garden. Yes... it's another cat drawing 😁 But there's no such thing as too many cats, right? I haven't drawn animals in ages, so I can't stop rn 😂 Hope you don’t mind a few extra fluffy friends in your feed ❤️ #art #fantasyart #cat #fairy #bookiilustration

Today's post is all about sketches! Nope, not being lazy 😅 Just practicing face expressions and character design to fight the same face syndrome. These studies help me build my artist portfolio, and I thought I’d share the process with you ❤️ #sketch #art #characterdesign #childrensbookillustration

I used to draw mostly animals (until this year). One thing people asked me a lot was how I draw fur.It was probably the most common question. So if you're also wondering, I've posted a speedpaint of this cat portrait - maybe it’ll help youtu.be/HIXny6-gVU0?... #art #animalart #speedpaint #catportrait

I haven't drawn realistic animal portraits in a while, but here is new cat portrait And yes, you can commission your own pet portrait on VGen anytime, I draw not characters only😁 #catportrait #petportrait #animalart #commissionartist #catart #artcommunity #vgen #digitalpetportrait #art
