Being honest: not a one-shot prompt. A full day of work with an AI coding agent — multi-step process, lots of feedback, corrections, and fixes. The pipeline (ElevenLabs → GSAP → headless capture → ffmpeg) is real, but building it took iteration.

Random points in a circle 🎯 Random distance + random angle → they cluster at the center. Not uniform! The fix: square-root the distance. Built the whole video with an AI agent end to end. Long and painful, but learned so much 🙌

Wow, Ollama cloud Max subscriptions have been paused as well, Pro is still available. We saw that all Kimi subscriptions were paused literally on the second day of K3 launch.

Agreed! Although, it's the constraints that make every project, creator, and process uniquely interesting. I love hearing about these unique experiences - like someone starting from scratch just two days before a competition closes and still making the top 10!

The main takeaway from #js13k 2025: don't sink time into big, complex, self-contained concepts you don't have resources to finish properly. Start small but complete - then polish it as far as you can. Next year's goal: get the game to playtests and tune the gameplay from there 🚀
