Now I'm looking to test the Apple API for handling security-related actions in Rust. docs.rs/endpoint-sec... is pretty good, but has some stuff you must pay attention to when using it. Overall, a much better experience than doing the same thing in Windows
Yesterday I was at a party celebrating the election of Lula, so I'm still not recovered from the elections and the lack of sleep of the last 4 days. Buuuut: I think it is time to start building a better future not only by voting!
argentinian TV roasting the fuck out of bolsonaro LMAO
- the loser speaks
- family tradition: complaining about the results
- a classic: the right alleges fraud
NOSSO PRESIDENTE Γ ELE
Γ LUIZ INΓCIO LULA DA SILVA
O PRIMEIRO A SER ELEITO QUATRO VEZES PELO VOTO DIRETO
O PRIMEIRO A VIRAR A ELEIΓΓO EM UM SEGUNDO TURNO
Γ ELE, Γ LULA

Those motherfuckers are closing the roads, not letting buses go out, canceling flights all on places where Lula normally wins by a large margin. Fuck all those meddling with our democracy. Fuck you all.
Also I gave an interview! (And I was also harassed by a Bolsonario voter today, he recorded me while saying things he thought it would make provoke me LOL)
The future is sooo weird.
I'm in an airplane. I marvel at the fact that I can have 1h (wqow) of free wifi from here.
I'm interested in how the wifi behaves when using QUIC (how it affects congestion control etc.)
But I only have my phone. So I ask an agent to build me a test app.
Meta is clearly affecting the Brazilian election by boosting the far-right wing candidate (Bolsonaro) and blocking the center-left Candidate (Lula) to pay for ads on their platform www.amnesty.org/en/latest/ne...
I think is a matter of national security to force all USA tech companies that want to operate in another country to give control to a local company that can be trusted. Also, maybe we should block Apple products as well, how can we trust it has no backdoor?

Besides it, Meta is quickly removing any pro-Lula content claiming it was forced to do by law, while allowing fake news from Bolsonaro. It brings the question of: should countries really allow USA tech companies to operate in their country? Is it good for our democracies?
A thing I realized at some point is that a lot of the paranoia that has held me back from building certain things was completely justified. I used to admire others who could pull it off, but at some point it clicked that many of them just didn't know what they didn't know

I helped develop this; getting consensus between many different groups.
It's quirky in a bunch of ways and most of them have to do with specific goals the style guide has unique to its circumstances. Don't necessarily copy it.
