I’ve spent the last 9 hours on my feet in the kitchen making a lovely dinner & dessert for our son who has come to visit. Beef burgundy, potato rolls & crème brûlée. I had one ladle of the beef, 1/2 a potato roll & I feel as full a goog. I’ve crept into bed at 8pm so I don’t have to move any more.
