I can't wait to play this on my Switch! It's got the right kind of cartoony spookiness that I would've loved to have played when I was a kid!

The world is so enthralling it makes me want more, not just tales from this world but also more stories from Alice and her party members as well, the gameplay is also awesome because every party member felt useful so I always could make any mix of party members work. It's legit one of the best RPGs

I made a character in it 🙂 Na but for real. Extremely cute game. With charming characters and great use of monsters. Not just the usual Halloween monsters, but also ones from other folklore, other cultures, and even internet culture.

Played this demo. It's quite short, but that has no bearing on its quality; I was absolutely blown away. Atmosphere is STUNNING and the RPG mechanics mixed with temperature management was so engaging. The UI, environments, and the mystery of it all was just so so good. PLEASE play this demo.

This demo absolutely blew me away. From the environments to the tiny details like the little comments Eve makes, or brief descriptions that pop up when you encounter enemies, to the UI surrounding temperature... The "Observation" options in combat are so cool. Man. MAAAAAAAAAN I loved this.

it's pure condensed halloween and all that comes with it in an RPG form. the story and all the characters are super endearing, and the worldbuilding is really fun!

HorrorVale is a beautifully polished, well designed and endlessly entertaining game made by a team of people who all clearly love every aspect of what they do. It is not only a love letter to Halloween, but a love letter to gaming and internet culture as a whole.

I think my favorite thing about HorrorVale is its unique take on the Underworld, and all the various locales it has to offer. I’m a firm believer that each of all four continents that we hear about have the material for a full game of their own, like if the Pokémon series was about dead people!

"Do you LOVE HorrorVale?" Love is adequate word. The story, how the premise is simple but goes deeper. Gameplay, with its depth and grindless, GRINDLESS nature, as well as all the characters abilities. Don't even start me on characters, they are so much fun. And the way world is realised. Phenomenal

I am such a massive sucker for the Halloween season and all things spooky, so a game celebrating that exact thing felt made for me in a lab. It's such a delightfully charming game and I hope the console release introduces it to even more people!

I love the inclusion of *so* many different party members and the cute horror art style! Ever since launch it’s made me feel like this is a game I’ve been waiting to see all my life. I’m so thrilled to finally be able to play it on console💖

A thing I love about HorrorVale is that through all the side quests you learn to love and like every party member in some way, some make you cry and others make you laugh like crazy!

The soundtrack in this game is one of my favorite soundtracks in any game ever. I also really love all the world building and how the world feels so much bigger than the immediate conflict would have you believe.

I dont know how you can have so many playable characters and not one feels like a character I don't like. It's got a good chunk of content, but the side quests double that amount!

There are plenty of things I love about HorrorVale. The story, the gameplay, the world, etc. If I had to choose though I’d say my favorite thing is probably the characters. There are 32 different playable characters, and somehow all of the feel unique and diverse. I wouldn’t trade any of them.

Oh man, there’s so much to love about the game. I think for me, the top thing is the story. Along with the comical jokes, there’s a very touching story about death. Learning to accept it, not out of fear, but to cherish the life we have before our time comes. I don’t wanna spoil further, but yeah.
