EIROforum members drive scientific excellence and technology development. In our response to the European Commission’s public consultation on the European Innovation Act, which aims to improve access to infrastructures and intellectual assets for innovative companies – we called for:

🌐 Additional support for spin-offs, talent mobility, and the uptake of open technologies through empowering research infrastructures 📈 Increased support, upgrades, and development of research driven technology infrastructures that are critical to discovery and innovation

A new strategy by the European Commission recognises the critical role research and technology infrastructures play in Europe’s future 🚀 The plan aims to:

🌟 Invest in creating world-class facilities 🌟 Increase collaboration between researchers, startups, and industry 🌟 Attract top talent from around the world All of which will give Europe the competitive edge it needs to become a global leader in scientific and technological innovation.

EIROforum welcomes the European Commission’s proposal to significantly increase the budget of the upcoming EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation. www.eiroforum.org/wp-content/u...
