So Taylor Swift and our latest release have something in common! For all you lovely people who ordered the CD, thank you, and there may be something unusual about it- the manufacturer did a run that inadvertently had a different album on it- this has since been rectified

With #abstractart and #experimentalmusic, it's important to give the observer the chance to imprint their own interpretation on a piece- but we can talk about motivation "The New System" is about normalization, in whatever form that might take Politics, culture, fascism, addiction...

What happens when the water boils and you hit an inflection- do you act, or do you sink under the froth and churn? www.youtube.com/watch?v=94eu...

"A Spell Of Singing Snakes" from "Cortisol" is an homage to @joncarling.bsky.social , one of my favorite artists The Traveling Witch is a character who roams about and gets into all sorts of misadventures while casting wondrous spells www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ddf...

When she arrived at the studio, this track is what we made together She even gets a credit in the liner notes

"Cortisol" is available on CD- having physical media for this is important to bind it and us to the real, physical world This brings the intentionality, focus, and ritual to the sounds This piece is a continuous play experience, so CD was the most appropriate format

"Cortisol" is now available on streaming, digital, and CD platforms This is not a pleasant listen- it is the sonification of what so many of us have felt over the past year plus- there is no need to name it, you know what that feeling is

Available on streaming*, digital, and CD format- the last one is especially important to bind this to the physical world that we actually exist within, not this space where you are reading this hypeddit.com/ebe404/corti...

Listening party for "Cortisol" tomorrow, 8/21, 7:00 CDT ebe404.bandcamp.com/merch/ebe404...

The remix from Damian B. was so intriguing, that we decided it needed to be framed properly with something that went in a completely different direction The "Anti Fascist Disco Mix" was the result and something along the lines of a chance meeting of Orbital and Big Black was born

Now what's next EbE404's new LP, "Cortisol", will be released on August 21st on digital and CD formats from GIVE/TAKE Spanning noise, drone, power ambient, and sound art, "Cortisol" is a continuous play journey through anxiety, fascism, and hope Pre orders open now

Here comes another Bandcamp Friday A fantastic time to add "Flora" to your wishlist to get a preview of what's coming later this month by taking in some upbeat and noisy electronica, gothy shoegaze, and atmospheric pings and whines to distract from the technofascist oligarchy

The CARTHAGE remix of "Grass Time" was so revelatory that it changed the complete plan for how the single was going to be released ebe404.bandcamp.com/track/grass-...

"Flora" is now out in the wold and available for streaming and purchase in advance of the "Cortisol" LP coming in August Today is a dreary, rainy day in Minneapolis- the kind we don't get all that often anymore- it's absolutely lovely, and feels appropriate hypeddit.com/ebe404/flora

New noise incoming The first glimpse comes this Friday, July 31st, 2026 "Flora", a trio of grasses featuring alternate versions of a track from the forthcoming EbE404 LP "Cortisol" ebe404.bandcamp.com/album/flora?...

That anguished sound buzzing in your head in this new age of inconceivably stupid technofascists will be made manifest Three unique mixes cross a liminal threshold, with two stylistic extremes, anchored by a brilliant remix from post-metal/shoegaze project CARTHAGE (Damian B. of khost)
