LRT I have sooooo many thoughts about this. I don’t want to just show up to events I like, take money from the community and go home. I WANT to host panels, fan meet ups, swap meets, etc But several factors keep me from doing so, include the way some events are run & current attendee expectations

I also have to dance around being 30+ and hosting a fandom meet/event that could potentially attract children. Kids are fine and they deserve access to safe fandom spaces but for obvious reasons I’m not facilitating mixing those environments.

Periodic reminder! I make all the prints on paper I sell by hand, each color individually, with screens I burn or blocks I carve and package them all myself. I don’t print my own shirts, however I have never hidden this fact and don’t lie and say I do! I use a vendor who lives in walking distance>

Had something similar happen. If anyone has any recommendations for sticker manus that do specialty finishes (gloss, holo, foil, etc) and don’t take like a month to give you an order, I’m all ears.
