It is *incredible* that the world is just watching these dorks creating new technology that doesn’t really give anyone much that they actually want or are willing to pay for, which is also an amazingly destructive tool for helping low-skilled people to commit cybercrime.

There will be a pre match tribute to Ken Friar before KO versus Everton- There will be a tribute read out over the PA, and then a period of applause - Personal plea from me is not to clap over the tribute, so everyone can hear the details, and then join in the applause at the appropriate moment.

Now even the British library believes it needs to ‘enhance’ services using AI. AI is literally destroying our world, we need to reduce, contain and control any reliance on AI not increase its reach.

In 1939 we had the Ribbentrop Molotov Pact to carve up Central Eastern Europe between the Hitler’s Germany and Stalin’s USSR. Now it seems we are heading for the Putin Trump version.

The chance to keep global warming below 1.5°C with no overshoot is gone. But urgent action can still limit the overshoot and bring warming back to 1.5°C by 2100. Current policies, however, put the 🌎 on course for up to 2.8°C this century. New #EmissionsGap Report: https://ow.ly/SNHX50ZZz8l

BBC reporter outside the COVID enquiry is having a mare. She’s got the interviewee’s name, her dead mother’s name, and gender wrong in the space of five minutes. She’s got notes, she needs to check them

And to have actually fought in WW2 then you’d have to be at least 97 and how many of that generation are still with us?

My dad fought in the war and he wasn't a racist. My late mother was a teenager and dedicated her life to helping refugees. My cousin is in her 80s and "fucking hates racists". You don't get a get out of racist jail free card simply for being old and having happened to have lived during a war.

Arsenal women still playing without any confidence, despite several of them having a positive international break. I can’t fathom how bad the England captain’s passing is today (save one excellent cross).

This is where Ken Friar lived when he was a boy. Open the door to go to school in the morning and there is the East Stand across the road. It's 75 Avenell Road to save you a bit of time looking through the electoral roll.
