"Engagement bait" but it's just a cat sleeping within arm's reach

One hurtle down, closer to the finish line! 🐾 We're thrilled to celebrate string reveal day for the .furry gTLD along with @dotmeow.org! 🎨 @urnash.com

Before the age of social media, what was your favorite website?

Gosh we're actually doing this!

Welcome to the people who followed us because of the article! We appreciate you!! :3 Welcome to the people who followed us because if the vague smell of treats, we've been told dinner is not for an hour which is frankly outrageous we have never had food in our lives and we're soooo hungry! D:

let's not miss how great this is

Hey that's us!

.meow from @dotmeow.org - a TLD for the queer community I wrote about the .meow story yesterday in @wired.com www.wired.com/story/icann-...

the new TLD applications have been published and we were the only ones to apply for .meow so we can move on with the evaluation 🥳

and this is why we had our pictures taken :3

Hey check out this animal

I think cats should be allowed to vote

As your legal council I have to inform you that "mrrp" is an excellent defense, GREAT job, you're killing it out there!

We just got pictures taken but just out of curiosity can you show us what you think the best picture of your cat* is? *All animals are cats for this thought exercise

Who doesn't love getting their picture taken?

We're very excited for next week! Something really cool might be happening!

You're never going to believe this but there's a spot in the sun by the windowsil

Aww this is so cute, thank you @dotmeow @wordloc.net ! 🩵🩵

Campaigns for .furry and .meow successfully each raised over the $90k needed to submit their ASP-supported applications @dotfurry.org @dotmeow.org #domains #domainNames #newTLDs #newgTLDs #gTLDs #dotMeow #dotFurry

Begun, the writing of thank you cards has! :3

We've paid our ICANN application invoice!! :3!!! Things are moving forward!!!!!

Happy international cat day everyone!! We did a little interview because we're doing a big thing for the internet! Share it far and wide, especially with the people who might not know about us yet, and then ask them to come over and say "meow"! :3

it me, trying not to crash out rn

Send us good vibes, the cats at the office are very hard at work!!

Thank you so much too everyone who came over to say hi at EMF!!!! It was wonderful to meet you all :3

dotMeow is at EMF :3 come say hi to us at milliways!

Hey!! If you donated to the Kickstarter and haven't filed out your pledge questionnaires yet, remember to check your emails/Kickstarter accounts! :3 You have until noon CEST (17/06) tomorrow to get your perks (including vouchers!) and we don't want anyone missing out :o

The advantage of Human Resources is that in Cyrillic НЯ is just nya :3

This is VERY important! Please fill out the backer survey and check your emails!! Don't miss out on your backer perks and rewards!!! :3

Hey! If you've backed dotMeow the pledge manager closes at the end of this month! There will be a link in your email inbox about this but we figured it was a good idea to let you know here as well :3

If you could make your own gTLD (.com, .meow, .org) what would it be?

Squeaking of updates, if anyone has any questions about dotMeow, who we are or how we're planning to make the internet more queer, feel free to ask! I am a sleepy creature but I'll be doing my best to answer all comers :3 Oh and just nice comments are always welcome too!

Hey everykibby! After last month's really cool roundtable with the Mastodon, Blacksky and Northsky people, we've been working hard to get everything ready, talking to RSP's and lots and lots (and lots and lots) of paperwork. Expect more updates soon!!

This is tonight! Are you excited? We're excited!

Sunday!

Tonight's the night!

Hey! What's up? We have been very busy these past couple of months, typing, reading lots of documents and generally getting up to whatever the opposite of shenanigans is. Which is why more Shenanigans are in order! April 26th, Sunday, we'll be holding a roundtable with these lovely folks!

In light of Events I can not stress enough how important it is we talk about safe digital infrastructure for vulnerable minorities. Please share this. We need to have this conversation and we WILL. Next week, on twitch. Think of it as a roundtable interview. Join us.

Late pledges are now closed! "1,838 backers pledged €121,896 to help bring this project to life" Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for all of your support. I'll do everything I can to make sure we don't disappoint you 💜 — wordloc

Today is the LAST day kickstarter is allowing late pledges! If you haven't already and you want your own domain (like, for example, iwishdogscould.meow) for business, private, website, email usage, head over to kickstarter.dotmeow.org and pledge today! Before it's too late!
