I think Fiona Hill is one of the most brilliant thinkers of our age. She gave the Tacitus Lecture in Feb 2026. It focused on world trade this year. Hill's understanding of re-ordering of world trade is fascinating. It's 16 pages. Not being a scholar, it took my full concentration. Worth the effort

Friday about 6:15 am I got gas. It was $5.50 gal for regular unleaded. My son stopped at 6:00 pm, same station. The same regular unleaded was $5.65 gal. Safeway gas, least expensive, near Sacramento.
