Absolutely devastated. He was one of the absolute best of his generation, a two-time #NASCAR Cup Series Champion amongst other incredible accomplishments, and now he's just suddenly… gone. My heart goes out to his family and I wish them strength through this trying time. Rest in peace, Kyle Busch.

As someone who most often prefers sub over dub, but am willing to "cross the aisle" with some series, I still prefer Cowboy Bebop subbed. Outlaw Star, however, is just so much more engrossing and engaging when watched dubbed.

9 Games Trend (my9games.com) I decided to track my journey from as far-back as I could remember to my coming of age before the turn of the millennium, picking the game that sticks out most in my mind from each of the platforms with which I grew up.

If this had continued beyond 9, it would have probably included games such as Mario Golf (Game Boy Color), Crazy Taxi (Sega Dreamcast), Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (Sony PlayStation 2), The Simpsons Hit & Run (Microsoft Xbox), WarioWare (Nintendo GBA), and Elite Beat Agents (Nintendo DS).

Seen many movies on opening night, but one I feel I can brag about is Titanic (1997). So many believed it would be a flop that could never recoup its, at the time, massive budget. But it still interested me, and watched it in a half-empty theater. Everyone left the cinema that night in awe. #filmsky

The #1 movie when you were 10 years old is how your 2026 is going to go. Figures.

Movie you've watched more than six times using gifs ("Hard mode" no Star Wars, Star Trek, or LOTR) #filmsky

Movie you've watched more than six times using gift ("Hard mode" no Star Wars, Star Trek, or LOTR) We need never speak of the live action version. We were gifted this perfection

"Anime" and "Series" aren't terribly surprising, "mind" "wish" and "ring" are interesting to pop up... but "chief"? Simply because I enjoy interacting with that "Annoyed O'Brien" parody account XD

You’ve acquired a movie theater, what’s your first double feature?

You’ve acquired a movie theater, what’s your first double feature? Mine: Hunt for Red October (1990) & La La Land (2016)

#weebwednesday 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲: Samurai Champloo was all flash and no substance. An unsatisfying, shallow series riding on the coattails of Shinichiro Watanabe's success with Cowboy Bebop. The baseball episode and zombie episode were both almost unwatchable.

Holy crap I need to get my butt in gear. I only filled in ones that I've completed... numerous ones I've started but never got around to finishing. :( Many, many others sit on my DVD/BD "backlog" shelf.

if you want another anime chart to fill out, here are 100 anime i like in no particular order, how many have YOU seen

If you see this, quote this post with your favorite Sailor Guardian. From the moment I first laid eyes upon her, I've been a Mercury man.

I didn't "get into" anime until my early 20's, and didn't realize until about that time that "Noozles" (or the animated "Grimm's Fairy Tale Classics" anthology series, which I also watched) had actually been an anime itself.

It just happens; I adore the opening sequence with that score inspired by Saint-Saëns' "The Aquarium", coupled with David Ogden Stiers' glorious narration... so I go and watch it, and end up just sitting through the whole dang film. The plotting and pacing are so tight, it just flows by so quickly.

After all these years, Disney Movie Rewards is no more. It was actually a neat program, and I acquired some interesting tchotchkes along the way... thought my remaining points would go to waste, but miraculously a gift card option popped up at the last moment that let me use almost all of them up.

(If you see this, quote with your first ever anime.) After a childhood bereft of anime, it wasn't until the age of 23, when a very good friend finally got me into it by showing me the first few episodes of Azumanga Daioh. Fantastic gateway series; still one of my all time favorites.

Peak. This right here was the day I realized that yes. Anime can be fucking funny (Quote with you see this with your first ever anime.)

Just a thought... for those that use reddit, now might be a good time to go through the subscribed subreddits and unfollow the ones you don't find yourself enjoying anymore. Be it due to a decline in quality, overrun by bots/AI, and/or contributes to doomscrolling.

So, for the first time in Eurovision history, a contestant has been ejected for... *checks notes*... touching and moving a camera out of his way after explicitly requesting he not be filmed at a certain time. That 𝘵𝘰𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 sounds perfectly cromulent and not a cover for another, ulterior reason.

During her career, she's been Dottie in "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure", voiced Tommy Pickles & Buttercup, competed on The Voice S3… but to me I'll always know E.G. Daily best for the climactic track during the 1987 film "Summer School". It's a shame this song has never been released on CD nor digitally.

14 years ago, Lincoln debuted an ad utilizing a cover of Peter Schilling's "Major Tom (Völlig losgelöst)". I dunno, promoting a car with a song about being stranded due to a technical malfunction… seems a bit tone deaf. Was a nice cover of the song, though. youtu.be/r_gXXv0M2fE

You are up to date.
