being L 7 is not good - “I'm down" is slang, and it has a few meanings depending on context. The most common one today is "I'm in" or "I'm game." If someone says "Want to grab pizza?" and you answer "I'm down," you're agreeing. Often it's followed by "to" or "for": "I'm down to go” = “I’m hip”
