okay Long unnecessary tangent incoming Darius likes the idea, especially for his friends and loved ones to get married to *each other* if it occurs. Dari has… complicated feelings for himself. He is in a poly relationship, but it took until Very Recently (basically dawntrail) for anything to happen

The last thing he wants is to hurt and give grief onto someone because *he* died or also if someone died in consequence to being involved with him in any sort of way. Marriage to him is sacred, its an ultimates commitment, he loathes the idea of bringing harm to it

By forces outside of his control that keep invading his and his friends lives. He cares about others feelings a lot, he doesn’t want anyone to feel too hurt if he had lost his life (which he has done MANY times sort of unbeknownst to them + is as risk of it happening again) He would like to though

His feelings derive from his self reflection, how… he almost believes he doesn’t deserve to have the relationships, and is sort of terrified of the commitment just because of his seeming obligations to the star and how everyone and everything has been trying to Kill Him
