Klax, or "Klacksing," as it was originally known, began on the boardwalks of sea-side resort towns in New Jersey, and quickly spread up and down the Eastern Seaboard.

Thanks also to Chris from the Micro Power Show Room for his test playing and his never ceasing ability to find the most obscure bugs!!!

It kinda feels like this hasn't been a job but a hobby. Doing optimizations or making the code smaller or stuff because it seems like we're running out of memory and stuff... so much fun.

If you continue doing what you're doing right now, the game programmers will have to leave the Amiga programming in favour for Nintendo, Sega etc. It is up to you and the rest of the Amiga users.

The x68000 sure has incredible games, just as everybody says… but they sure are mean bastards, and so difficult! If it weren’t for the developer invincibility mode, I wouldn’t have a chance in hell of seeing the final boss’ face.

To reduce cost we had to choose between having a music (FM synthesis) chip and a digitized sample chip. We decided to go with the digitized samples.

The title and credits animations are RL7 movies; other animations were generated by a proprietary sprite compiler as tables of frame differences.

I'll have you know that this was finished off (NOT written, I stress) by the legendary Richard Aplin (Double Dragon II,Shinobi protection, and others) and I would be mightily suprised if this takes you less than 3 weeks to crack! Probably... Love & Kisses, Dickie

De la part de l'équipe de "Martian Alert" Salut Jérémie

For Hackers information -- Nothing!, except that the protection systems are designed with you in mind. Get out the gear AND a box of aspirin....

Because of time constraints, many of the interesting parts of Marathon (i.e., the texts, the chapter screens, etc.) were not encrypted like I've done in the past with Minotaur or Pathways.

My appologies to anybody dissapointed with this game, But dont blame the coder...

If I were asked to do all this over again, I would at that instant, but after a short vacation in a far away place.

Well,in every 80 seconds a man is murdered, and in every 10 seconds another one of our PROTECTION-STAGES starts. In other words, you can be sure that you will NEVER have a WORKING CRACK of PERIHELION.
