Should I call out each airline company that airline booking sites should be as fast as this?

Aurora Scharff@aurorascharff.no

Next.js 16.3 Instant Navigations lets you balance reusable content with fresh or personalized data while keeping navigation responsive, like a SPA. I built next16-airline.vercel.app to try this in a common multi-step flow. See the source and learn more below ↓

My scheduled conferences start next week and run until December. Excited to meet smart developers in the crowd, in the audience, in the booths, and in the speakers' lineup as well. I will be fist-bumping πŸ‘ŠπŸ½ with you. #conferenceseason

This is better than the Calendar app in macbook.

Building SPA-like experiences with Next.js (9) With Instant Navigations in Next.js 16.3, you can build complex, authenticated apps that feel like SPAs while still rendering and fetching data on the server. Live demo, source code, and docs below ↓

there's still quite a lot i’d like to see improved in @nextjs.org before i can recommend it without reservations, but this release, and in particular the gradual opt-in to SPA-like instant navigations, is a very encouraging direction to me. speaking of the team...

My left ear hears developers saying Claude Opus 4.7 is the one that really works. My right ear hears other developers saying that GPT-5.5 gives the best answers to your prompt. πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ I am using both.

This is a big one. Making Next.js deploy well on every major cloud has been a real focus, and the team has been working closely with partners to get it right.

Next.js is used by millions of developers across every major cloud. Making it work well everywhere is on us. Here's what we've built with Netlify, Cloudflare, OpenNext, AWS, and Google Cloud, and the commitments we're making. nextjs.org/nextjs-acro...

A Next.js feature I think more devs should know about: πšπš’πš™πšŽπšπšπš˜πšžπšπšŽπšœ: πšπš›πšžπšŽ PageProps auto-types your params and searchParams. Route<T> catches broken links at build time.

I am excited to finally share that I’ve been working with the team at @certificates.dev to build their brand new React Certification!

To reactjs influencers, please seperate the React Compiler content from the React v19 content. Your followers might think that React Compiler is part of the newly release React v19. πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ

Please use typescript and eslint in projects, especially if you build apps for your enterprise customers. We all know we won't be working on the same repo forever. So, make the codebase easy to read and have uniformity in code styling for future developers who will take over it.

I noticed some developers post here that they don't like eslint or typescript. I get it. No types/linting is fast. The problem is that they might have followers who think that it is ok. It's ok for your project, but it's not ok if someone is paying you while you write unreadable/unmaintainable code.

I'm here at iJS Singapore presenting the latest web development tools: Vinxi, Nitro, h3, Unjs, Nuxt, Analogjs, and TanStack Start. I showed so many things here, and I am looking forward to sharing this as well in Europe next year, 2025. It's time to wrap up my 2024 speaking engagements now. 🫑

You are up to date.
