There is a very simple argument that anti gen AI art consumers should focus on. "I don't purchase products that support gen AI art, my purchase is contingent on this, how does your product use gen AI art?" This changes the frame, what was omission is now fraud.

Putting the most relevant pieces of information front and center for users to make their own judgement feels much more aligned with the vision.
