I signed the POWER Act to make data centers pay their fair share of energy costs, and it’s already lowering electricity rates for households. Christine Drazan voted against it.

You can’t learn to read, write, or do math if you’re not in the classroom. Medford School District has put attendance specialists and family liaisons in place to reach out to families, and now more kids are showing up.

The Trump administration is welcoming organized crime, international money laundering, corruption, and tax evasion—and we’re fighting back. We’re leading a multistate coalition to challenge Trump’s move to let fraudsters & tax cheats avoid accountability.

Trump’s big, ugly bill cuts healthcare, cuts food assistance, and makes it harder for Oregonians to get by. I won’t let him and Christine Drazan drag us backward.

NEW: The DOGE operative who gutted USAID -- firing thousands of employees and canceling lifesaving programs -- never actually signed the paperwork that's legally required for him to be employed by the agency.

wired.comA 28-Year-Old DOGE Operative Gutted USAID. HR Had No Record of Him Working ThereDespite the agency's human resources department saying he hadn’t even been onboarded, Jeremy Lewin oversaw the destruction of USAID. It’s not clear he had the legal authority to do so.

Not just talk. It's bill after bill, from HB 2001 in 2019, a nationwide first, building on it with HB 2138, condo defect reform and more. And she'll keep pushing. Her opponent just has hand-wavy answers about 'red tape'. Burdensome regulations are exactly what Governor Kotek has removed!

I’m focused on building more housing so Oregonians stop getting priced out of their communities. Housing starts are up more than 11%, and we’re bucking the national trend by building starter homes people can actually afford.

Oregonians: let’s show the rest of the country how safe and easy it is to vote by mail. If you’re dropping your ballots off this week, reply to this post with a photo I can amplify.

We are ONE WEEK out from Election Day, and every Oregonian deserves to feel safe in their community. I’ll always stand up to ICE and other aggressive federal immigration enforcement and oppose ICE detention facilities in Oregon.

I’m in Corvallis today with a reminder: Election Day is next Tuesday, November 3rd, and every single vote is going to matter. Fill out your ballot, get it into a drop box, and make sure your friends and family have a plan to vote, too. Let’s win this together.

Small businesses are the heart of Oregon’s communities. Thank you @sensgb.bsky.social for sharing downtown Corvallis with me to meet some of the people who are doing amazing things. Small business owners keep Oregon thriving, and I will always be a governor who has their back.

More than a million Oregonians rely on the Oregon Health Plan, our state’s Medicaid program. Christine Drazan voted against legislation to help fund it. I’ll keep fighting to protect OHP coverage for every family who needs it.

Christine Drazan’s plan is full of things my administration is already working on. She also voted against bipartisan bills I helped pass on the housing issues she now says she supports. That’s not being honest, and Oregonians deserve better.

D.C. is making cuts that put Oregon’s schools, health care, and community safety at risk. This year I signed a law to protect Oregon from some of those cuts. Christine Drazan voted against the bill and voted against a tax break for low- and moderate-income families.

I am honored to have the endorsement of former State Senator Margaret Carter. Like she said, progress doesn't happen by accident. It takes us being willing to stand up, speak out, and fight for what's right – and that’s exactly what I will continue to do as your governor.

Governor Kotek is a good human being. She will always stand up to Trump

When Donald Trump refused to pay SNAP benefits during the shutdown, 750,000 Oregonians were put at risk. Oregon took him to court, and my team was ready to get benefits back to families the night the court ruled in our favor.

NEW: Ingram, Texas, was just rebuilding from a devastating flood when its tiny police department enrolled in ICE’s 287(g) deportation program. Within a year, cops would hand over the equivalent of 10% of the town. with @nytimes.com

9 days left, and Oregon’s next generation of workers is counting on us. Every Oregonian should have a real path to a good career right here at home.

After you get fired up listening to Obama (you owe it to yourself to listen to a few of those clips), can you come out and help knock some doors and make sure people are voting? It's easy, no experience needed! Here's what's going on here in Bend on Sunday: www.mobilize.us/mobilize/eve...

Thank you @ilwu.bsky.social Oregon Area District Council for standing with me. Oregon’s ports run on the work of longshore, warehouse, and maritime workers, and I’ll keep fighting for good union jobs.

We’re 10 days out from Election Day, and our students’ futures are on the ballot. Kids can’t learn if they aren’t in class, and graduation should mean they’re ready for what comes next.

Getting your vote in early helps your candidates because they can focus their outreach on truly undecided voters. Official drop boxes are best

Tina Kotek@tinakotek.bsky.social

I just voted! Make a plan to vote! The last day recommended by the Secretary of State to mail your ballot is this Tuesday, October 27th, so you can make sure your ballot is postmarked and counted by Election Day.

Public money belongs in public schools. Christine Drazan’s education plan would take that money out of our K-12 system and send it to private schools. That’s not how we support every student, and I’ll keep fighting for the public schools that serve all of Oregon’s kids.

Donald Trump’s tariff taxes have cost Oregon businesses billions of dollars, and most of them will never see a dime of it back. I will do everything I can to strengthen the relationships that keep Oregon products in global markets and good jobs here at home.

BIG NEWS: In response to a legal challenge from our office, the Trump administration today confirmed it has no plans to build ICE detention facilities anywhere in Oregon. We’ll continue to fight for Oregonians’ rights and the safety of communities across the state.

We need to keep @tinakotek.bsky.social @orsecretaryread.bsky.social and @agdanrayfield.bsky.social together as a team to defend Oregon from the Trump administration

Oregon election officials took news of the monitoring in stride, saying DOJ officials would be granted no greater access than any member of the public who wants to observe ballot tallying.
