Denver New Liberals

Happy Election Day! Remember, local elections matter. We are lucky to have a robust early mail-in ballot system in Colorado, but you still have time to drop your ballot in a box or visit your local polling center if you haven't already!

Huge thanks to @thedispatchmedia.bsky.social for writing this article about NLAS and spelling out the core tenant of @cnliberalism.org - Pragmatism over Populism thedispatch.com/article/new-...

Join us Thursday, October 16th for drinks and conversation! If you're a returning friend or just looking to get involved, we'd love to see you. This is a great opportunity to talk with chapter leadership before they visit NLAS later this month! RSVP: secure.everyaction.com/jWielsRydEG5...

@colorado.gov asked for a deep dive into how Trump's trade war tariffs are impacting Coloradans. The results aren't surprising. As the state's effective tariff rate has skyrocketed, Coloradoans have suffered job losses, higher prices, and worse outcomes. coloradosun.com/2025/09/04/t...

Join us at Cerebral Brewing on August 20th to discuss recent happenings in Denver politics and how to build a more abundant Colorado for all. Whether you're a longtime supporter or looking for a new political home, we're happy to have you! RSVP: secure.everyaction.com/vSCcWeieiEC5...

Join us on July 23rd for a Happy Hour to connect with others who believe in pragmatic solutions, liberal values, and a more abundant future. We’ll be talking policy, politics, and how to build a better Colorado. First round on us!

We would like to thank @govofco.bsky.social for signing this easy, common sense win for Colorado into law and extend congratulations to Rep. Valdez and Sen. Roberts. Colorado's future is brighter and greener with nuclear energy being officially recognized as clean.

Show your support for a clean energy future and Dylan Roberts and Alex Valdez's bill by telling @govofco.bsky.social Governor Polis to sign HB 25-1040 into law. secure.everyaction.com/YXaQdS7pGkGX...

It's not pro-environment to oppose or delay nuclear energy — plain and simple. We want to thank State Sen. Dylan Roberts and State Rep. Alex Valdez for sponsoring this important piece of legislation, and we hope @govofco.bsky.social Jared Polis signs the bill! www.aspentimes.com/news/gov-jar...

DNL wouldn’t be what we are today without Tim Supplitt, our chapter founder and all-around great human. Now, after years of building something special, Tim’s off to Orlando to shake things up in the Sunshine State! Before he goes, join us for one more unforgettable evening and raise a glass to Tim!

Congress has the opportunity to pass the bipartisan YIMBY Act during the current lame-duck session, but partisan squabbling is preventing the bill from being brought to a vote. Join us in emailing your representatives to tell them to support the bill! secure.everyaction.com/Cv_0_zLouUuK...
