Lazy Sunday involving cozy clothes, putting on my new Eagles vinyl and taking a nap on my couch.

Something feels off and I can't quite figure out what it is. Sorry if I may seem a bit distant lately, just feels like I need to reset

Thanks to everyone who wished me a happy birthday! Sorry I didn't get to replying to you, but I appreciate and love all of you!

CW: BRUISE/POST-OP Recovery is going well, my wrist is bruising slightly but that's to be expected. I'm scared to leave my insertion point exposed even though it's healing nicely, so it's bandaids until fully healed.

My stomach is bruised the worst from the blood thinner injections (I won't show it, it's really gross), so that will take longer to heal.

I've been good too! No energy drinks or bags of chips since I got home, barely any alcohol either. I also quit edibles/cannabis entirely too which will help me out lots, gave the last of my gummies to my buddy on Friday to make sure. Aiming to get healthy and feeling good again.

I wanna say thanks to those of you that checked on me during my time in the hospital. Pretty sure I would've gone insane if I didn't have some kind of interaction during that whole ordeal, so big thanks to all of you ๐Ÿ’œ

This is true in any profession, but especially in Healthcare you can always tell the difference between nurses who actually care and love their job, vs the ones only here for the pay.

Regardless of the outcome of my angiography, this whole ordeal is my wake-up call to get in better shape and take better care of myself. Once I'm home and recovered, I'll definitely be making some changes

I've finally been moved to cardiac, now it's just a matter of time before I get my procedure done, hopefully Tuesday at the earliest.

So! My procedure is expected for Tuesday, maybe Wednesday and I should be moved up to cardiac by tomorrow hopefully. Also good news, all my scans are still showing clean so chances of this being a legitimate heart attack are slimmer, but not impossible.--

Chances are it was an infection, or spasm of my artery. If that's the case they will release me right then and there, and just have to follow up a few times. If it is an actual blockage and I need a stent, it'll be an extended stay for rehab.

Day 4: Fuck this place, I'm asking for a transfer. There's no way it should be taking this long to get in for this damn test. I know I need it so I wont just go home, but I can't stay here glued to this bed with no shower for another day.

Gonna try to sleep. Hoping I get up to cardiac tomorrow so I can get this all done and over with and go home...
