As someone who unbricked their wii u I agree But it did give us Splatoon, …and uhh Nintendoland? The Switch took lots of its games and original games too, you cannot say that the Wii U has a better lineup, and has literally two Splatoon games on one console.

You cannot tell me Nintendo has gotten more soulless since the Wii U era when said games from that era looked like this. Not to mention that bringing Iwata into these discussions has always been disrespectful.

They knew that it’s done for and went back to the drawing board for the NX which became Nintendo Switch and that was successful that they made a sequel, and that’s currently going well. People are just blinded by nostalgia.

Okay but seriously why do they treat Nintendoland as a high tier game? “Oh my god it’s one of the greatest of all time” Did those fuckers really play that daily? Okay now to be fair it does have collectibles and great music but surely it can’t be that great alright where are those pitchforks at?
