Been rewatching classic Bond films recently and was reminded of Robert McGinnis' extremely slutty illustration for Thunderball #FilmSky 🎬🎥🎞🍿

Watched Paris, Texas for the first time last night, and now it's all I can think about 📽️ #filmsky

🌅 July Soundtrack 🌅

My postman made a comment that he had delivered vinyl records to me almost every day last week... and then over the past week I have made orders at @resident-music.com, Bending Sound Records, @bloodrecs.bsky.social, @realgrooverecords.bsky.social, Recordstore, and Save Our Souls Records 🫣

Watched the finale of I Kissed a Girl last night, and it's such a shame that this marks the end of the 'I Kissed a...' franchise. A fun gay dating show that didn't take itself too seriously, on a major channel. I hope another channel picks it up (with Dannii still in tow).

The death of game collecting, buying and selling secondhand games, and fully owning your games rather than a licence. This is such a scummy move from Sony.

The new Brandon Flowers album is going to be so good.

This woman has been through a LOT, but I wish this book delved a little deeper #booksky

I know music is subjective, but a friend just told me their favourite #Madonna album is MDNA (which is personally my absolute worst). Please tell me yours so I can restore my faith in humanity while we count down to Confessions II.

Found myself enjoying the musical output of a straight man, and now I am questioning my life, my convictions, and the journey I have taken to where I have ended up today.

I know we are going through a period of bloated albums that could have done with some editing, but conversely, waiting for the new Lykke Li album to find it is only 25 minutes long?! Especially as this is being billed as her final album. Say it isn't so... (It's a great 25 minutes though!)

This is a great look at the mess #Eurovision has got itself into by allowing Israel to participate this year.

This was NOT for me #booksky

Got everything I wanted online for #RSD2026 including Hilary Duff... until the store emailed me 50 minutes later to say it was actually out of stock. Long enough for every other online store to sell out of it.

Distracted myself from flat hunting by finishing this off. I enjoyed it, but had elevated hopes for something much more #booksky

❄️ January Soundtrack ❄️

Love to see my hometown in the news!! 🫥

At this rate, I might even finish ten books this year!! #booksky #residentevil

First book of the year down 📚 #booksky

Oh, us Tori fans are eatin' GOOD in February!! #ToriAmos

I watched with a bitter taste in my mouth for the last two years, but I don't think I'll be able to stomach watching Eurovision 2026 while countries are actively boycotting it. What an absolute mess, ruining a fun tradition to appease Israel. www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/ce...

Not KT Tunstall hanging out with one of the most notorious Zionists there is, Eve Barlow. I thought KT following her on Instagram was just a hangover from Eve's music journalist days, but evidently not. So disappointing.

🚨Confessions On A Dance Floor (Twenty Years Edition) incoming 🚨 Fighting Spirit, Super Pop, History all finally on streaming #Madonna

#GirlbandsForever was an insightful look at that era of pop, especially from Mel from All Saints, Natasha from Atomic Kitten, and Su-Elise from Mis-Teeq. Don't go into it expecting a comprehensive look at every notable girlband, especially with the Girls Aloud omission, but a great watch.

📼 October Watchlist 📼

🦇 October Soundtrack 🦇 (the way I have tried to erase the TS album from memory after those initial listens...)

Laura Innes, i.e. Dr. Kerry Weaver, in the Strictly audience for Alex Kingston?! My Dr. Elizabeth Corday loving heart can't take this.

Petition to make summer 2026 'KEATON SUMMER', where we all just wear white bucket hats and walk along the beach.

Please can we stop losing legends this year 😔

Cinecity Brighton tickets secured 🎟️

Just finished reading this and felt physically ill during her account of election night. It seems so long ago after the mess Tr*mp has caused since. Would recommend reading to hear about the intricacies of a truncated presidential campaign. Biden and his team have a lot to answer for. #kamalaharris

🍁 September Soundtrack 🍁

The fact I am not seeing Ashlee Simpson's Las Vegas residency is truly upsetting, so soothing myself with a setlist playlist.

I love WOMEN!! #newmusicfriday

We truly won with the Carly Rae Jepsen 10th Anniversary edition of E•MO•TION 🙏🏻✨

John Boyne: This is all I have to say, and all I will ever say, on the outcry over being included in an LGBT+ book award longlist when I am a self-labelled TERF. Also John Boyne: Here's a wallowing, self-congratulatory article I have written now that the Polari Prize has been called off.

Gonna just pretend #AndJustLikeThat was a fever dream and erase it from memory after finishing the finale. Not one scene with all the ladies together in the final episode? Multiple unnecessary TOILET scenes? The #SexAndTheCity finale was excellent television, this was embarrassing.

Yes, I am looking forward to the Taylor album, but the tracklist on this is the big news of the day. amzn.eu/d/4lbmdqC

I have been blocked from commenting on Instagram because I called Debra Messing an embarrassment for her Zionist self-victimisation. Adding this to my CV as my proudest achievement.

If they need a redhead who knows the complete Rayna Jaymes back catalogue, they know where to find me.

Would love to know what narcotics the Guardian reviewer was on to give Burlesque 5 STARS, especially when the review mentions: "Antin’s script is so contemporary that it contains a show-stopping joke about the Coldplay concert’s kiss-cam couple." www.westendtheatre.com/303732/news/...
