One of my favorite dishes. Scallop potatoes. Before and after photos. First layer is sliced potatoes and onions plus s&p. 2nd layer potatoes, onions, butter, s&p, whole milk and shredded mild cheddar cheese. Cook for 90 minutes at 325⁰. I eat it with ham and coleslaw.
