Would like to remind everyone that we run an official Dave and Bambi Minecraft server. Aptly titled DaveCraft, it's centered around vanilla survival gameplay and community.

Less than 5 days remaining and we're a little over 30 plushes away from 400... Help us finish the campaign strong and pick up Tristan while you can!

Of course I gotta explain the elephant in the room here.. Dave Engine has officially been discontinued. Dave and Bambi is moving to Codename Engine for Volume 2. (codename-engine.com)

I'M REALLY SORRY IF YOU WERE HOPING FOR MORE DAVE ENGINE STUFF!!! Sorry to anyone who has made mods for it as well, thank you to anyone that did in the first place, it was awesome to see.

For Volume 2, we're going to be doing something we probably should've done in Volume 1. We're finally touching up those old, dirty, smelly, stinky songs... Here's a taste for what's to come with HOUSE!

After heavy consideration we have made the move to overhaul the lore of Dave and Bambi overall to fit the direction and intended tone better for future projects. (1/5)

All D&B projects going forward will have new lore distinct from the previous iterations. For those missing the old lore, @mtm101.bsky.social is continuing it as an AU named Underside. Information about it will be on his socials when it’s ready. (2/5)

There's now an official website for documentation on how to mod Vs. Dave and Bambi Volume 1 at docs.daveandbambi.net with the help of @maxdimo.bsky.social, huge special thanks to them for helping with the website and getting everything done and ready, show them some love and support!

This large booklet will guide you to everything you need to do on how to mod the game, what you're able to mod into the game, and much more. It's heavily recommended you read this as you are making your own modpack, it's not meant to be read all in one sitting.

The soundtrack for Volume 1 will release on streaming services September 1. 35 songs, and a little over an hour and 20 minutes of music. Coming out a little bit after the mod releases to give you guys some time to play it
