I'm all for clowning on modern NASCAR but all the fans complaining about another race ending in controversy is so rich because it's a controversy completely manufactured by said fans to service their biases.

Y'all took one Twitter post with unverified speculation from a media personality who has never really been worth listening to and let it cloud your consumption of that entire race. You watched that race with a biased brain and every little thing that happened confirms that bias in your eyes.

Like, this entire "controversy" doesn't actually exist. The fans made it up. It's entirely of your making and now you're suffering the consequences you created.

I think people's hatred of Kyle Larson/Hendrick is causing some severe brain rot. Like it gets to a point y'all.

The NASCAR fanbase is embarrassing holy shit man. Waa waa waa can't even let yourself enjoy an exciting finish to a shit race, there always has to be more dookie to force yourself to wade through rather than just accepting that crazy shit happens, especially at Talladega.

I get it, this sport sucks compared to 20 years ago, I know and I agree. So take the wins and excitement when you can rather than just making yourself out to be a fool who only wants to be unhappy and jaded.

Carson and Joey at the center of disaster as always, and of course this car still is unsafe as fuck

Wait Dale Jr is Hocevar's favorite driver and hero? And he still drives and acts like that? How the fuck is Jr your hero and you take all the opposite lessons from him than you should have learned?

Well this package somewhat worked at Daytona but it's still 2x2 grid lock at Talladega. This car just has far too much inherent drag with that underbody. Just rip it off and keep it off cuz it hurts every single track they race at.

Yeah Joey being really indecisive about what lane he wanted to be in front of was the ultimate cause of that. Fork, kitchen, etc.

Extremely enlightening that the one time everyone agrees the car is the problem is when we're at people's beloved superspeedways. You don't hear "ditch this track" when Dega and Daytona's racing suck ass like you do with every other track, now suddenly it's the car not the track.

It's almost like the people who have been paying attention have been saying it's the cars not the tracks since ~2018

At least when SHR did this it was because they found some secret sauce in their setups and put together a team work strategy that let them pull away from everyone else while they were still racing. This is just an anti-competitive farce.

Can't band-aid a car that is a completely flawed rotten design from head to toe, as always with the gen 7 the answer is to just scrap it and undo everything different about it from the previous gens

Talladega freaks me out as a 7 fan cuz of his history here, fingers crossed his deserved title doesn't officially get stolen today ๐Ÿคž

Hendrick isn't good today as usual at Phoenix, but the 5 team has really missed it to start this race. Not as confident they can make a Las Vegas style recovery on a flat track.

Landon Cassill could be a trillionaire by now if he offered $50/hr counseling services to teach drivers rule #1
